Vauxhall Astra J - Wing Mirror Replacement

A quick replacement of the passenger mirror on a Vauxhall Astra.

How / where did you get the mirror from for it to be the same color as your car?

Oh my god this is so long winded. I need to replace my 2014 astra wing mirror. Is it the same process? 🤣

I think the 2014 is an Astra J so yes I'd say so. It's simple enough, it's a shame the door card has to come off to access the electric cable!

For about 30 seconds I was admiring Vauxhall, but no, the unnecessary arseache of stripping the door for the sake of 1 connector is universal 😂

You forgot to show reconnecting the cable to the latch of interior door handle. Otherwise you can't open the door from inside

@@Wilko159 no worries. Even though I reconnected mine, it must have fallen off because the door handle doesn't work 🤦. I put everything back together before realising. So I'll have to take it all apart again right from scratch😂🤦

Done it today. Not only does the ball have to be latched into place, but the white plastic cap also has to be clipped into position
