Thanks so much Peter! Yeah, it's good to keep a checklist of these points - to just give a 2 min reminder after a design, one point (like kerning) can make such a massive difference :)

A really simple tip I would add is naming buttons so that they remain self-explanatory and clearly indicate their actual purposes to the users. What I mean by that is, for example, the submit button of a sign-up form should not simply show "Submit", but something more relevant like "Create account" or "Sign me up". Great video!
