- Here's another cool video of the NASCAR lineup of cars participating at @GoodwoodRR Festival of Speed 2023.
This years' edition features many special tributes, one of which is the NASCAR 75th Anniversary.
After the rainy and wet Friday we saw in my previous video, and with Satruday being cancelled by the organizers for extreme weather alert, I'm back into it on Sunday with a sunny and shiny day out. Let's dive into the V8 gas-guzzling world of Goodwood 2023 together!!

It almost makes me cry seeing so many people around the world show up to commemorate my sport, I’m couldn’t be happier to be a part of it!
these are incredible cars that made the history of Automotive and Motorsport. They need to be celebrated!
Great stuff Andy. You deserve a beer mate 🍻
Already had one but can always have another one haha cheers!
Love seeing that Bobby Labonte COT out there.
Yeah very cool seeing them at an event like this.
Jeff Gordon 24 and Jimmie Johnson 48 are my fave drivers and idols!
When that Dale Earnhardt black #3 came out of nowhere in the middle of the video, it gave me chills. I miss him, it was an absolute tragedy what happened to him.
My favorite is the Ricky Rudd Tide car.
That's a cool one yep
It's an absolutely stunning car I'm lucky enough to have seen it at Silverstone this year
@@Zippydippity I live in the US but it's always a treat to see a Stockcar out on a track outside of North America seeing how they would perform on those tracks. NASCAR on the Nordschleife would be absolutely insane.
@@michaelhall736 when I saw it at Silverstone it was absolutely hammering it down the straight and then the powered steering pump exploded so I didn't get to see it fully race but I got to see the others do so
MY FAVORITE NASCAR IS NASCAR G56 Le mans
Tide car is my favorite
So good
Oh, I love this good old „really“ cars with V8 Engines. But the time is over. It’s so sad.
1948: The Moonshine Era
1950s: The Cruiser Era
1960s: the Mopar Era
1970s: The Experimental Era
1980s: The Boxy Era
1990s: the Aero wars
Early 2000s: The Blob Era
Late 2000s & Early 2010s: the Clone Wars
Late 2010s: the “Stock” Era
great summarization
I'd say though 2010 onwards is the "cattle" era, where all cars are identical and undistinguishable from one another
