Madam "L" and "D" 3rd party hai , जिन्को जमीन बिक गई है , तो वो क्यों देंगे पैसे ,जिसाने जामिन bechi hai वो पैसे देगा khudke mortgage ka i.e. "X" ..पहले वो 400 देंगे पहले की संपत्ति की , और बाद में dega दुसारी प्रॉपर्टी के 800 ,dusri sale karke...jisko property bechi hai , uska kya sambandh hai paisa dene ka..
I mean to say , L and D ne kaha mortgage di thi property , jo woh paise de..
Example me 2 buyer aur ek saler ki jagah , 2 saler aur 1 buyer chahiye tha , tab example correct hota
