I cannot understand section 91 mam....... if person having charge, surety or creditor is paying mortgage debt and they get mortgagee's rights against mortgagor, then they should've right of foreclosure (how they claim redemption??)
What if in case of creditor after redemption and selling the property their debt is not satisfied? Whether in that case other prop of mortgagor can be attached for satisfaction of remaining debts?
. Which of the following is true regarding the ‘right of subrogation’ as defined under the Transfer of Property Act, 1882? A. Any person redeeming the property under provisions of section 91 of the Act, has the same rights as the mortgagor against the mortgagee B. Any person redeeming the property under provisions of section 91 of the Act, has the same right as the mortgagee against the mortgagor C. either A or B depending on the facts of the case D. neither A nor B
