@@OmprakashSharma-db6gv Mohammad law is only applicable for Muslim's. For gift in Muslim law the provisions of Hiba and gifts in transfer of property act both are applicable. But in terms of gift for both the hindus only transfer of property act is applicable because Mohammad law is only applicable for Muslim's.
