    Sir @ 11:23 ऐसा भी हो सकता है ना की, C encumbrances भी pay करें और ऊपर से उसका खुद का rateable share bhi pay kare...C ne jo karja liya uski saja A aur B ko kyu??

    Sir yahan tak TPA mein aapki videos dekh ke padha and aap bahot shaandar padhatey hain but is video mein aapne second para sahi nhi samjhaya.
    Second para says person has two properties and mortgage one of them to one person(former) and again mortgage both of them to other person (latter) then in this condition if he pay from property for the former debt then former property will be released but it doesnt mean this property will not be used to satisfy latter mortgage, it will pay for latter to the extend of its remaining value because both the properties were mortgaged to other person

    Sir, ek confusion. Aapne isme jo second para wala diagram bnake samjhaya wo toh section 61 ka concept hai na? Mujhe lg rha h part 1 me jo explain kiye aap wahi baat part 2 me bhi hogi, bas owner 3 ki jagah 1 honge.
    Mtlb ki ek owner ne 1st property mortgage pr di fir second time mortgage pr 1st aur 2nd property de di toh debt pay krte time 1st property se 1st time wala debt cut hoke fir proportion wise diya jayega. Mujhko aisa lg rha h, kya ye galat h?

    Paragraph 2 apne bilkul galat padhaa lia. It talks about 2 properties belonging to one person. pehle ek property ko mortgage rakh kar debt secure karta hai aur phir unn dono properties kahin aur mortage rakh kar dusra debt secure karta hai!
