Second para says person has two properties and mortgage one of them to one person(former) and again mortgage both of them to other person (latter) then in this condition if he pay from property for the former debt then former property will be released but it doesnt mean this property will not be used to satisfy latter mortgage, it will pay for latter to the extend of its remaining value because both the properties were mortgaged to other person
