It's hard out here supporting and defending. You have to go through so many really rough games just to find that one lane partner that actually makes a game truly enjoyable. It's almost like people dont realize we sacrifice everything and rely on our carries to... CARRY. The youtubers make defenders look op with 100k damage game but that is unrealistic. In competitive play defenders do 30 maybe 40k. Stop running in a giving free xp, stay behind your tanks and rain fire, and be at the damn team fights on time with your unite ready
Seriously. I really enjoy the feeling of security that healing/helping my team mates gives me, but it's impossible to win when they play as if they were invincible😐
This was literally how I played Comfey before the buff and it was amazing. Comfey was never bad, it was how people played it made it look bad. This isn’t just your standard pokémon in Unite, it’s unique (Unite wise I know this idea has existed in other MOBAs before)
Excuse me, sorry to ask, but do you know how to bounce from one ally to other? When I attach to someone I don't know how to release myself until they die. I play on switch and I don't get what button I have to press to release me :(
@@mishelele It’s the same button as the recall button (the button that takes you back to your base) in both switch and mobile. While holding down that button, you can also choose which direction you want to go when releasing.
Just last night I had a comfey player with a mic complaining about how bad his teammates were in VC, yet he wasn't playing comfey optimally at all. No jumping on/off, no bushes, didn't heal other allies when there was no fighting. Funny coincidence you post this right after that happens lol
If you aren’t going to stack with Comfy the healing is pretty minimal and Clefable is a better choice imo (I say this as a Gold badge Comfy player) it’s just not that great at the moment to try to keep a team healed like it was. 6 stack healing is worth it. That said, you play it well. Key to Comfy is who are the most valuable 1-2 mons on the team to prioritize protection and make sure you are with them to support after early lane phase. I see a lot jump on the least impactful player and let their main ADC die at Ray.
Weirdly enough, i had a dream for exploud in the roster... I remember its auto attack pattern being a thing where you charge it up (like ttar ancient power or deci spirit shackle) and hyper voice being a bit like lucario close combat. idk why exploud, its nowhere near my favorite mons

It's the gameplay style you want. If you want to support your teammate more, than slow smoke is best. If you don't trust your team that much, use xspeed. But seriously it's really efficient to run away with xspeed.

The amount of movement comfy has by bouncing on and off is crazy. Its like having a 5sec cooldown eject button. Such a waste to not use it and sit on one ally the whole game.
Fitting that this vid came after my last game playing with a comfey teammate that spent the whole game farming by itself and occasionally attaching itself exclusively to a flash cannon Duraludon when it also decided to farm lol

triage shield reapplies at full health when attaching, and you want to be hopping into bushes to get max flowers for your healing/kiss, so, yes, you don't want to afk and press two buttons all game

I actually had a feel dreams about unite, none with concrete gameplay tough. Just seeing Illumise and female Jellicent walking around the map, and another were dustox was in the game and cascoon had to sling itself around as it walked.
Many support players would rather focus on defending and supporting than stacking, especially supports that can't stack without essentially overextending until they hit lvl6 or so

Comfey was one of the worst pokemon I ever purchased, not because I don't know how to play it, but because my teammates think that because I can heal them they can just run under tier 2 goal 1v5 and get killed constantly. I need a support that can fend for themselves
It depends on what you use. 99% use floral+leaf, but some also use floral + knot. Sweet Kiss almost always goes leaf. Just bounce off and on to regenerate shields, heal, and more. You should always be moving unless it's too unsafe to jump off. Make sure to attach to a hyper carry like Urshifu or Zacian(ew) if hes about to dive as some healing or a well timed sweet kiss can do wonders, but leave once the job is done, dont just stay on him to make him more powerful at the cost of the rest of the team.
I got so frustrated playing yesterday when I was already hard carrying my dumbass teammates and then the comfey attached to me and proceeded to not heal me or deal damage at all. I'm sitting here like "why are you even here then?!?!" I proceeded to lose the match with mvp. I had the highest damage dealt, taken, most assists, most kos, and most healed on the team. Not to mention nobody else on my team scored within 200 of my score. I'm not even a particularly great player my team was just that atrocious
