    Exercise starts at 4:10. I don't understand the native language, and the captions help. I did this for one month and it is effective. I do it with some adjustments: Squat, hug my knees, drink 300ml of warm water and continue to hug my knees for about half a minute while doing deep belly breathing. Then I change to the other position. Soft stools at the end. Thank you so much.

    first position better than anything.. it is better than kapal bhati becoz i have been regular practioner of kapal bhati but the problem doesnot get fixed. But the first position in the video when practised for 5-10 min. really created the pressure.
