      This has been the best, most powerful, most reliable machine I have ever run. Thanks for watching.

    Someone I've done some work for in the past just gave me a 525L for free a few days ago since they're moving and don't have room for it. It's only been very lightly used. I didn't know anything about it and assumed it was just another cheap, crappy orange weedeater. Then when I got it home it started right up and I ran it full tilt for about 4 hours. Very impressed. I really lucked out with this thing.

      Absolutely it is a beast, Always starts right up and runs full throttle for hours and hours and hours. If I could change one thing it would be a larger fuel tank as I only get about 30-45 minutes per tank. Thanks for watching

    Had an older Craftsman angle weed eater and decided to buy this one. Man what a game changer. Lighter, more power, less vibration. Definitely pleased.

      Yeh, the 5s5 is by far the best trimmer I have ever used, I use mine commercially and it still runs like new. Thanks for watching.

    You have an absolute unstable beast there. The 525L has got the power to cut down chest high weeds and grass. I've done it. Full throttle swipes at ground level and it's leveled just like that. The string I use is Husqvarna razor core .105. yeah it doesn't back down.

      @@jason-white it was a pleasure. Thank you for sharing. I haven't put a blade on it yet but it is a beast. It clears anything green and growing quicker than a sharp machete in a jungle

    Husqvarna makes a speed feed trimmer head

      They do and I installed one on this trimmer, it is not great though so I plan on replacing it with the Echo speed feed head. Thank for watching

      @@jason-white interesting. I was looking into getting one. What is the issues and should I avoid them? I do lawn care so if I can get a heads up on it I would appreciate it alot.

      @@shawndubay4050 I use mine for work as well, The head is ok, great when new but wears out a lot faster than my Echo heads. I have Echo heads twice as old that still work like new where as my Husky speed feed head only feeds one out of ten times now, it's actually gotten so bad I put the 525 in the repair pile to change the head.

    128ld is the best hands down. Just put a brush cutter on mine and it’s so capable for the price point.

    • @jason-white
      @jason-white  4 місяці тому

      The 128 for sure is a good machine, I have used mine for years, mostly trouble free. It however dose not compare to the 525's power, they are not even in the same weight class. Thanks for watching.

    • @jayquick6520
      @jayquick6520 4 місяці тому +1

      @@jason-white you could buy 2 128’s for nearly the same price as one 525. I understand wanting a massive saw with a huge bar for dropping trees but clipping grass that’s up against a fence or home or knocking down overgrown weeds why spend the money on a massive power head? The 525’s existence as a string trimmer leaves me confused. It’s like having a hellcat red eye for dropping the kids off at soccer practice lol

    • @jason-white
      @jason-white  4 місяці тому +1

      @@jayquick6520 For homeowners I would agree the 525 is overkill, I use mine every day for work and if someone showed up with a 128 to cut weeds I honestly would fire them lol./

      @@jason-white couldn’t agree more with that statement. I’m heavily invested in the semi pro line of equipment throughout multiple trades and services. Graco x7 paint sprayer I paid $350 for. It’s first job paid for itself and then some but future work was all white knuckles while spraying because I’m wondering if it’s going to burn out and leave me stranded halfway through a job lol. I did forget about professional grade and what that means. Its a luxury I’ve never afforded myself, no matter how many hard lessons I’ve learned.

    I just got a basically new 128LD and like it so far, has some great power. But I’ve had a hard time getting any of the attachments for it because it seems that the 128LD is disconnected, husky told me the part numbers for the attachments but I can’t find them anywhere. Kinda annoying because I really need some of them.

    • @jason-white
      @jason-white  Рік тому +1

      The 128ld uses the old standard in attachments, I noticed recently Husqvarna has changed to a more Sthil style of attachments. Your 128ld should be able to take any of the old Trimmerplus attachments that you can find here. Double check by zooming in on the pictures but they should work. I wonder what the difference between the 525l and the 525rx is?

    • @jason-white
      @jason-white  Рік тому +3

      The 525RX is a brush cutter where the 525L is just a string trimmer. The 525RX comes with a set of handlebars, slighting more HP, otherwise they are the same machine. Thanks for watching.
