I've been hoping you would do a rogue exiles farm and was excited to hear that you would. Very early into the league I attempted a farm similar to this. Instead of anarchy scarab and partnership I was using 2 wisp scarabs. I was playing a somewhat strong character, ee lightning strike trickster with 20k es, and would die often. However I could tell wisping the rogue exiles was resulting in very good loot. I also tried different variations. But I always never felt like I could get full value out of the maps to see what was really going on. This was a fantastic watch, confirmed a lot of beliefs I had at the time and I would most certainly be doing something similar if I were still playing in the league. It is a bit of a shame to hear you did not get what you feel like was full value out of the farm either though. If the next league keeps similar scarabs, balance and farms open I will most certainly be playing a tanky character just for a rogue exiles farm.
Lol, i have never seen an immediate death in the wildwood from a projectile that followed you through the hole (figuratively speaking) @41min. On a sidenote, if Fork+chain is important enough to you to be willing to use Rigwalds over a mirror tier quiver, why not use awakened fork+ corrupted +1 chain Ahuanas? More forks meaning more chains and whatever loss of damage from using fork over mirage archer/awakened ele dmg is made up by Ahuanas superior damage. Or am i being an idiot here?
Chain in particular hurts damage a lot as a support gem. I just need 1 chain for CoC Tornado. Fork isn't really necessary but a decent niche bonus. I was using Ricochet forbidden flame/flesh but Oath of Winter is so good defensively and offensively actually (with Heatshiver), I'd rather have it.
there were cases in Delve league where monsters followed you to the camp maybe something like that with Alva temples too guess nobody had this issue with wildwood so GGG didn't fix it?
same thing happened to me in affliction league , 4% divine altar at the start of the map , almost perfect wildwood , overclicked it. Since than not so much anymore :)
if you think rogue exile is challenging this way, i played a strategy consisting on getting Giant Rogue Exile in blood vessel with 2 Scarab of Wisps + Titanic Scarab + Titanic Scarab of Legend i have a blood vessel i'm scared to do with 12 rogues inside (at least 5 or 6 giant one) the downside of this strat is the time to get the good blood vessels with at least 4 rogue exiles
@@snoobae8553 I am talking about your previous strategy you had ....you didn't get to the 1000 map's and glad you stopped that. I appreciate your 1000 Maps video's but after 300 you only lose it should be a new standard to just stop the strategy.... maybe even 200...its a big enough sample and rather gamble on div cards stacked or discovery...some jewellery or what ever just not mapping
@@suny1265 I never said I was stopping the strategy. Although time remaining before the beta may force that hand. I’ve started it again at map 401+. After 400 maps I was +1100 divines cumulative profit.
@@snoobae8553 Net profit is what is relevant for me and maybe we are using different Math for that....its irrelevant for me that you make 5 Divs a map if the investment is 6 per map.... maybe i am wrong...will watch again the conclusion part per set but what i have seen was very negative.
@@suny1265 the number I gave was net profit. I dropped a mirror in the first 100 maps set which put me way in the green so much so that there’s almost no way I’d lose money in the end.
The best loot in the map comes through the wildwood, but it spawns less than 10% of the time. Most divines, valid boxes, and the hinekora lock dropped from it. But It’s still efficient to clear the top part of glacier for general loot even when the wildwood doesn’t spawn.
What about u play this strat on t17 with 70+ packsize and 150-200 + more currency? Because i tried drop 3 locks in like 10 maps but i cant kill boss :D maybe using wisp scarabs?

Im not getting the number of Eater Altars you are getting, even remotely. Quite often there is no altars on the the first map at all. Is this common? Just did another whole map. Zero altars throughout. Atlas is the same besides Im taking the inner quanity circle instead of blocking mechanics.
I got Dark Gift four times in this session and only RIP'd it prematurely on one of them. I also got 4 Divine altar and only missclicked one of them. Boo!

Not doing Rituals? Wouldn't be a good idea to lure rogue exile to them and run ritual for some good drops? And even checking ritual offers - even without spending a single atlas point you have chance for something cool... at the price of slowing down the map running of course. edit - nvm, running selective while clock is ticking on buffs would be too nervous for me 41:30 lmao For some reason NOT speccing into Ritual on Atlas gives better stuff than putting points and running hundreds of maps. I know that because I did it... should stop farming Rogue Exiles for uniques and use them there instead. But already destroyed my AG, spectres and wildwood perfect corpse on T17 rogues, so maybe next league? Got some backlog to do now... Just checked your build and it's kinda wild how you get identical ring instead of using Kalandra ring

More importantly, standing still for long enough to fully process the full text on altars mid-combat is a death sentence on a character like this. So you compromise and use peripheral vision and/or pattern recognition (trademark pending) which is quick but imperfect.

This is why I refuse to do blue alters. In 5-6 leagues I have only seen 1 div alter. It was on the last pack of course.

But that is the setup I did. 2x Gigantification, 1x Partner, 1x Anarchy, 1x Titanic. The one that I didn't do that some people do is Legend.

I asked a few people about it on T17 but they said it wasn’t all that special. You’d presumably get a lot more scarabs though with scarab roll maps
