After watching your first Australian video I asked myself “I wonder how that American guy is going on his travels?”. So I came back to find out. I think that your honesty about what you are doing is engaging. I don’t think that you need any more sophisticated equipment at this time, but as your skills grow you will know what you need to buy. Just keep on having fun and enjoying life in Australia and sharing it. I think that people respect your ability to cope with the bad times. When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
Hahaha I already know I want a microphone the most. The mic quality on my phone is definitely what i notice the most when editing these videos! Thanks for keeping up with the channel!
For any small UA-camr like me who is not yet monetized let's keep pushing it's evident here that it gets better with consistency. Let us not give up. There's light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for sharing
Well done Greg! Your authentic experiences are more than useful and educational for so many people, the unselfish sharing is unique! Looking forward to seeing your next 1,000, keep up the honest creative work! 🙋💯
This is my first video I watched of yours, a very cool concept that I haven’t seen much on this platform. This is inspiring :) Great Stuff I will be subscribing !
Greg, good to see you. You look well and I hope your recovery is going well. Keep up the good work and please keep uploading videos. Reminder, maybe start investigating your PR (permanent residency) options in case you decide to stay in AUS once your working visa expires.
@@gregjameson327 Yep, it's a relatively bland topic however I think your subscribers would be interested. Australia has a small population so we need good people such as yourself to call it home. 👍
Hey Greg. heard about your accident.. hope you're getting better, so you can start having more fun. Hope Aust is treating you well. Keep em coming mate..Take care
Well done Greg, keep plugging along we enjoy viewing your channel 👍 I hope the leg is progressing well and you can ditch the walking crutches soon.. Well may be enjoy a XXXX or 2 🍻 nsw
I don’t think you need to buy any gear to improve your videos. For the size of your channel I think you have quite a high production value! If anything I would say spend money on experiences or funding further travel around Australia, as they will continue to keep the videos fresh and interesting. By that I don’t mean it has to be expensive experience or the other side of Australia. It could as simple as booking a tour of the area you’re currently in. After that I would buy a drone as they can really enhance the perspective of a video
Yea Gred , I’m impressed that you choose Cairns as your Oz destination to live , wondering if someone gave you the good mail on it .. because it really is one the best spots to live , No winter , it’s not really big enough to have a big city grind , full on tropical & surrounded by rainforest covered mountains , so many things to do with most of them very close to get to , it’s one of the few 1st world places this close to the equator.
I've been monetised for like 4 years now, and I have almost exactly as many subscribers as you. How much money have I made? Well, UA-cam doesn't pay out until you reach $100. And I'm still quite a way short of that. So... nothing. Maybe one day I'll get that payout... I'm not going to get hit by a ute to make it happen though :P
@@gregjameson327 Ah, I thought you would have heard that one by now! 😃😍. Yeah, it basically means no BS, just honest and forthright. You can surprise some Aussies with that one! You can even use it as a question after someone tells you a great story. “Fair dinkum?” “Really?” Those are the same question. 😃

I agree, I feel that a place in the tropics with well developed infrastructure is so rare. That’s probably why I like it so much ^
Great work.. Keep up

a wise choice, I can safely safe the Ute route will not be a net financial gain^

You're a legend! Thank you!
@@gregjameson327 I appreciate your videos and how you are making the most of every opportunity and your adventure here. Great attitude

Well done champ. 👍 Maybe you should get involved in car accidents more often. 😂
I also started my channel oh its not easy
First vid watcher😍
What a legend. When are you gonna come visit Aus?
It's roughly 2-4 bucks / 1000 views.
How is that knee?
Not bad I just got cleared to walk with one crutch. It quite unstable though, looks like i'll need a second surgery to reconstruct the ACL though
@@gregjameson327 simply take it one step at a time. Wishing you full recovery.
Dude's neck so thick like he's a Formula 1 driver
Glad someone’s finally noticed the work I’ve been putting in on neck curls 😤
