"Do not try to make up for missed days." I had a physical reaction to hearing this. The tons of weight that rolled off my shoulders in that moment... my goodness. Thank you.
Gamer metalheads spreading mental health awareness and changing peoples lives for the better, cool af man , and not only cool, cool and healthy which makes it even cooler
My issue with dopamine detox's is that they prioritise productivity but at the cost of relaxation and entertainment when the reality is it's important to have both because without some way of relaxing and entertaining yourself outside of your hobbies you'll just drive yourself crazy or burn out and crash. But "dopamine detox" is a big buzzword and pushing it means pushing the grind set which just becomes and endless "self improvement" cycle that people can feed off for profit either knowingly or unknowingly. It sets people up to fail with systems that simply will not work in the long run. I very much like your approach to self improvement as it's more realistic and not just throw yourself at a wall until you hate it and learn to love it out of desperation to
Yeah and in my opinion people who project that are lying. They are the same ones on Social Media all day and whatnot. Just makes you seem cool to tell others to do it. Which is why I find it’s better to just find a healthy balance. And thank you! My approach overall has gotten me a lot of good results in life, so I want the same for others!
Dude content like this is so necessary. I won't follow all the steps just because I'm at a point where introducing another framework in my routine wouldn't be sustainable, but the message that you convey is very valuable even if applied through a different system
Appreciate it! Yeah my goal is to make it practical and relatable. The watch later playlist is a battle that never truly ends, but once it’s mostly sorted out, it helps you get a ton accomplished while saving time.
I will implement these tips. Your approach is simple yet includes things we want to touch base with instead of stripping ourselves of it, and all in a healthy way. Although easier said than done, in time, things work out one step at a time to reduce the steep curve of learning. Thanks for the video!
I just found your channel and I feel like so much of the content I've seen is stuff I've just been starting to realize slowly, but haven't really figured out yet. Your videos always codify them into easy to understand and easy to apply concepts. I feel like I'm starting at Step 4 and like you said, I'm having to work backwards. I feel like I just found a goldmine! Thanks for taking the time to make and share your videos! 😄
Aye! Sylosis was great for my playing growing up because they play in standard tuning. I really need to go back and analyze the theory of the songs now that I'm learning more music theory.

Yeah it’s a common trap but applying that rule will give you FAR better results 🙌.

I try at least, Thank You!
I think most gamer metalheads are the same actually Lol

yeah the overall concept can be applied naturally for sure, without having to really plan or write anything out in detail.
I feel better about my “watch later” list 😅 Thanks for the suggestions!
I'll be making a guide on how to organize that soon!
I think people will get some good use out of this. I could definitely stand to go through my watch-later list, but probably won't happen for a while.
Appreciate it! Yeah my goal is to make it practical and relatable.

Yeah it's definitely a long process but once you have it down, it's a tremendous help!
I'm grateful for youtube recommend your channel to me.
This is a far more practical strategy on this topic.
Glad it’s useful 👌 , I find the extreme approaches just don’t work.

I like your advice and I relate to the way you think! thank you for making the video bro! :D
It's funny that your watch later has a Captain Falcon IDJ video blending in there lol.
It's there so I can run it back at the Tokyo events we were going to Lol. Once I come back, it's on.
Love the format!
Thanks bro! I want to make these as “actionable” as possible for people.
Rather than fluff talk.
Good one
Appreciate it bro! Hope it helps the people out.
Watch later: 4 videos. quit social media and dating apps cold turkey. but sometimes I re-download so it’s a process.
