David Lucas was born in Macon, GA. He started acting an early age, performing in numerous stage plays at the Macon Little Theatre. He relocated to Hollywood where he was a contestant on, “MTV Yo Momma”. He has since written for several television shows and continues to perform stand up all over the country (for such comedians as Louis CK, Erik Griffin, Joe Rogan, Brendan Schaub, Tony Hinchcliffe, Bert Kreisher, DL Hughley and many more). David is a Kill Tony Hall of Famer and currently headlining his own tour!

This is why i love david lucas, he doesn't have the "best" jokes, but hes becoming my favorite comedian. imo it would be more offensive if he went easy on this guy, which is the point, most comedians can joke about themselves, it isn't away to get laughs at someone else's expense, it's about finding something good from the bad. or to put it simply, david lucas is more emotionally secure about his weight than Lizzo. the kind of snowflakes who get upset over comedy are those who are truly insecure, this video is a great example that the kind of people who go out to see david lucas, can take a joke and appreciate the comedy instead of getting upset and butt hurt. It's exactly like the Chappelle thing, trans people are the definition of insecurity, they're not happy with who they are, so they need to create labels/pronouns, change their appearances etc. what Chappelle said wasn't even bad, but ofc people who are insecure can't take a joke. and i'm sick of how alot of comedy has become milder, some comedians watching what they say etc. anyway the point is, if i was trans, disabled, anything... i would take it differently, i would be more offended if i was treated differently just to spare my feelings.
