Hilary! I know! It’s 4:18 am now and not a wink. We must corrupt the world with our food. It’s funny how compelling these videos are. I’m TEXAN so the first time BBQ videos are almost pornographic. Ha Ha!
I get so excited when there's a video with Harker, she's like queen of darkness on the outside but like "oh my god food!!!" with a bubbly personality on the inside.
Irish people taste-test Cajun-Creole food! Make sure they try shrimp creole, crawfish etoufee, red beans & rice with andouille sausage, seafood gumbo and jambalaya! Plus some beignets for dessert! And make sure Blarg is there for that episode! I know her name isn't pronounced like that, but she's my fav so it's a term of endearment!
Karyn U why? Most mexicans laugh when I say it like that cause they don't expect it! I'm half messican and purposely mispronounced words all the time. The ones crying about it, are trying too hard to be mexican (if that makes any sense?)
mach-a-chine seahawksgoonie - well im not mexican, im cuban and grew up around puerto ricans and dominican so that doesnt apply to me lolll... i wasn't offended or anything but i just didnt like the way he pronounced it, thats all
Watching people have slow smoked meats and BBQ for the first time or those who live where its not common, is the most amazing thing to watch. It literally makes me smile. Watching them freak out over pulled pork on the nachos was just the best thing ever.
I remember the first time I made nachos for my English boyfriend, lol. Asda had no canned refried beans, so, made them from scratch. Used Mexicana cheese, he was hooked! A year later, Asda got a full line of Old El Paso products, he bought a case of refried beans, lol!
Glad you guys had some good food this time. Every time I see you eating their version of American dishes especially southern food I wish you were near here so we could give you better versions.
The nachos were invented in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, bordered by eagle passTexas and from there they moved to all mexico and texas and then all USA. Once a year they make a fair of the nacho in black stones. The nachos carry chilli dog, cheese, jalapeño and also you can add carne asada and guacamole.
Today Friday, Saturday and Sunday October 15 is the party of the nacho in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. The fair or party of the nacho is located in around the walk of the river or brave river. There are Nachos of all tastes. nachos with cheese, carne asada, al pastor, with shrimp, etc. Live music and mechanical games, concerts, etc .
"Cool so that's your one there wheres mine?" It may just be because im particularly high atm but Ive replayed that 92 times so far and I cant stop laughing. That dude is my spirit animal.
There's a pub near me that sells "Irish Nachos" It's waffle cut fries (chips if you're not from the US) covered with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese, and jalapenos. It is amazing.
Building on the pulled pork nachos, here in Georgia we have a thing called "piggy pie". Its Fritos topped with pulled bbq pork, baked beans and Cole slaw. Yummy
Nachos were made in Piedras Negras, Coahuila a city in Mexico that is bordered by the small town of Eagle Pass, Texas. We have "Dia del Nacho" which literally translates to "Day of the nacho".
I saw the girl with black hair on my way home from school on Thursday. I nearly said hi but No.1 She was in her car with her window rolled down. No.2 It would have been weird since i know her and she doesn't know me. I regret not saying hi
Only thirty or forty years old, but nachos became a national rage almost overnight. Its the blend of hot, cool, cheesy, crunchy and beany. Guacamole and sour cream are nearly mandatory. Corn tortillas are segmented and deep fried to create the crunchy corn chips. A national favorite from the Tex-Mex cuisine. Pickled jalapenos and sliced black olives are a wonderful inclusion.
I think I kept expecting carne asada chips rather than nachos LOL. But those actually looked pretty tasty. Nice to see a vid where you guys got to enjoy the food!
This message is to the dark haired lady with the striped shirt. When your hair was tucked behind your left ear it reminded me of my wife. When she and I met, she was wearing a surgical cap with her hair tucked up and her ears sticking out. She always hated that hat because she hated her ears from the years of teasing. One day she shared those memories with me and without thinking I replied, "but that's what made you stand out to me. It's like you were a little elf with blue eyes". I then reminded her of exactly where we met, where we were standing, and what we were wearing and that I most remembered her elvish ears and blue eyes. She nearly cried.
She even tells people that story. We met at the hospital where we bother worked, inside elevator #2, I was on the right and she was on the left pushing a medical supply cart. We had been talking about why she was depressed. Her dog was having health problems and that was the day she decided it was time to put her down. I'm horrible with names so when I exited the elevator I said her name to myself over and over again until I could write it down. I tried to find excuses to visit her department when she was working. One day she called me at home and asked if I'd like to go to a pet supply store with her as a first date. She brought her new dog, a two year old chihuahua named Katie, to see if we'd get along. Katie is now 15 and has an enlarged heart and passes out if she gets too excited. I'm still at the same hospital but my wife can't work due to multiple spinal problems. Katie had been her comfort dog and now they comfort each other.
I can confirm that I’ve had nachos once, it was at an ice hockey game and I felt like getting them at halftime, The Belfast giants seemed to be so much better! And the odyssey arena seemed to be my favourite place in Northern Ireland!
George Ellis pretty sure Mexico was already there b4 Spain. Yes Mexican food is great. But not to the point of swooping in killing leaders, forcing religions, and stealing everything in sight. The conquistadors weren't exactly people to brag about... most of our ancestors weren't.
Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya is credited with creating the dish in about 1943. (Wikipedia) I read his story and his namesake appetiser and it is absolutely fascinating.
First off I'm Mexican and my family usually pays a taco man to come make tacos at party and usually there is meat left over and we always have nacho cheese and mix them at the end with the meat leftover and beans I was just curious who else does that lol?
I should be asleep, but instead I’m yet again binge watching “Irish people taste” videos. Who needs sleep, right?
Right??!!! Ha Ha Ha - Me too...😂🤣😅🤪
It is 6:00am been watching since 11:00 pm I feel you!
These clips are so addictive, they should come with a warning.
Same. It's 2:00 am here.

"Let's get rid of the grass first" haha I love her
I don't think I've ever seen them all so happy with a taste test. 😄
Jen G They are all so pleasant, right? Might want to move to Irish land.
Check out the american pancakes test.
They went close to orgasmic @ BBQ. Then again, who hasn't?
Watch the Lindt's Chocolates ones.
Got to love red-headed Irish women with strong accent
don't have to....but god help you if you don't....
There is nothing more attractive than a Irish redhead.

@@datdosier420 I agree with you Josh.

Wow...I had no idea that Irish people had such an appreciation of nachos. They were genuinely psyched to be doing this taste test.
Erin Morticia I cant imagine them eating anything with that much flavor to begin with. So no wonder..
AnastasiaLUVSU goes to show what you know.. Maybe look past the stereotypes and grow a brain..
I have a brain. thanks. What stereotypes are you referring to? Irish person.
@@AnastasiaLUVSU - the stereotype i think they're referring to is that a 7 course fancy dinner for the Irish is a six pack of beer and a baked potato.
It's food for drunks!!!

Much love from America
Watching this makes me hungry for nachos
Yep yep.
Millions of Mexicans cried out in unison when he said jalapeños like gel-lap-in-os.
Movie Nerd i cringed so hard i hope he was joking
It's an Irish thing to mispronounce words and just say it as you see it, it's 100% not serious
Karyn U why? Most mexicans laugh when I say it like that cause they don't expect it! I'm half messican and purposely mispronounced words all the time. The ones crying about it, are trying too hard to be mexican (if that makes any sense?)
mach-a-chine seahawksgoonie - well im not mexican, im cuban and grew up around puerto ricans and dominican so that doesnt apply to me lolll... i wasn't offended or anything but i just didnt like the way he pronounced it, thats all
Karyn U next time you see some jalapeños say it out loud (gel-lop-peNos) and see how ppl around react! It hilarious! ✌
Nachos with chorizo and carne asada with lost of jalapeños are the best 🤤🤤🤤🤤
