Man as I tell my boys and nephew. Enjoy the process. Don’t get caught up on what everyone else is doing. Like you said hunting is the important part and not pleasing everyone else. My boys think they have to have the best of the best bc that’s what the market pushes. Just enjoy the process and remember what got ya in the woods in the first place. Good huntin man. You’re a genuine dude and I appreciate that.
I am glad that Lee is taking to the public woods on the great state of PA. As a PA hunter it makes me smile that he would get out of his zone and try something different. I wish all of you the best of luck in the PA deer woods. Can not wait to see a video on SeekOne of Lee getting a PA giant.
Crazy you got people waiting to just see you make the shot anticipating to just watch this long. Awesome job, can't wait myself! Experiencing, and living the dream. Congrats sir, keep putting in the work. Could put explanation on every sentence!!!
As a big woods hunter from Maine I love watching Lee's videos of suburban hunting. It is so different from what I experience here at home. I also love to see guys who aren't used to our style of hunting come give it a try.
Great podcast, really enjoy Lee's videos.Cool to have the story on this deer prior to the video release. Being from Ohio myself makes this story that much more fascinating.
I can most definately understand how Lee could get burnt out on that AtL style hunting. The constant locating of the deer, knocking on doors, and being at the mercy of the landowner, and the constant having to "bug" people. He has proven himself in the suburban style, and will be much happier hunting larger swaths of land, where he can concentrate on the deer more without having to deal with the people side of it so much. His Kansas stalk hunt in the rain where he snuck up on the big boy in his bed, where he had to wait what seemed like an hour or two for him to get up off the ground so he could have a clean shot at him is my favorite hunt out of all of his , so Lee has that versatility for dang sure, and if he gets his eye on a big boy, it's going to be fun watching him on that journey to put him down.
I get it, the chase is just as much fun as actual getting your target animal. For you it's monster bucks, for me is monster largemouth in the kayak. I'm originally from southwest Ohio. I never had anyone in my family into hunting but my Grandfather did take me fishing a lot. So fishing has always been my thing. Then I moved down to southern SC about 3 yrs ago. So moving south now I have opportunities to catch big bass. A 5 pounder in Ohio is = to a 10 down here. This was my 1st year deer hunting. It has been a lot of fun, I have a ton to learn!!! I've gotten busted multiple times, missed opportunities I should have taken a shot but I didn't. 1 good thing is my 1st deer was a good sized 10 point. He actually had 11 but the last one was so small I don't think it really counts. I do enjoy fishing in kayak more but getting in woods hunting deer is fun & something different to do. I'm probably gonna try hog hunting now. See what I think about it.
I used to be able to hunt a couple acres that bordered a lake with houses and then a fish hatchery with 8’ or so chain link and then connected to woods and spread houses etc and you would be able to see and hear people and dogs and if you moved in the Stand or had scent wrong etc , they busted you the same as at deer camp woods. They def were diff in ways that I think they may take a sec to decide fear level before spooking so maybe an extra sec for a shot on a buck would be the only thing that is easier. I’ve seen deer be able to see or hear people working in a back yard and stay away and not run and tolerate but they know when your in the woods to hunt them. I think they also have less range to flee and stay away for weeks and 95% of humans they were around were safe.
As a white person who grew up in the hood on h.u.d. Housing and got out, got into archery and deer hunting it’s super funny to hear hood stories from other people. You’re telling an experience….. that was life from 9-18 bubba. One thing you’ll learn real fast is how to fight and take an ass whoopin, mind your own business, and be blind deaf and dumb.
I paused podcast halfway thru, I'm not sure what piont is trying to be said, it's sounds like Lee is trying to prove himself as a big woods hunter without the lead or pictures of a big buck, what I've watched from his content is absolutely incredible, to have the drive and skill to hunt and kill a mature buck is extremely difficult no matter where your hunting, the Ohio buck hunt was probably the best hunting content I've ever watched and I said that In the comments after watching that incredible journey. If I'm reading this podcast correctly, there is absolutely no need to prove to anyone out there that Lee's one of the best Whitetail hunters on social media. I just wanted to say my 2 cents.Maybe I'm way off and Lee's hunting content is changing by what's being said, I gotta leave it on pause for now. I need to step away. I'll be waiting for content on what happens in the next 3 mornings, fucking go gettem Lee.
@daveyboy8907 not really man, I caught a few of his videos but the last Ohio buck story I thought was above and beyond 99% of hunters would go thru to tag a beautiful buck, that's all bro.
I don't think I could hunt in a place where the noise you hear over your shoulder that just has to be a giant isn't a squirrel, a chipmunk, or a turkey rather a Crack head. 😂
He killed this buck off of cameras alone he watched him get out of his bed on a trail cam and then watch him all the way to his stand on his phone I don't agree with how it was done but to each their own who says cameras can't help u kill a deer
Think that deer had that same pattern all year long? Also had to know where to set that camera, doubt it was a wild guess. If it's so easy why is he so popular? Oh the nerve to set a camera where you would set a stand or blind. Cause not many can do it. Lee and seek one do a lot of good things for their community, hunting and people in general.
Fk you haters, Lee is a straight killer and your not. HE dont pay anyone shit, use drones or do anything to ruin his reputation. Because he knows idiots like you will make up bs in a heartbeat.

70000 miles in one yr is 192 miles every day im sure most miles are highway miles
If you can be a successful hunter in PA you can hunt anywhere else.
Anyone know what county in Ohio, this deer was killed in? Ohio has some nice bucks, that’s for sure.
Lots of rambling
I don't think I could hunt in a place where the noise you hear over your shoulder that just has to be a giant isn't a squirrel, a chipmunk, or a turkey rather a Crack head. 😂
clip lol
Johnny I lost a little respect for ya hanging out with Lee..lol
He killed this buck off of cameras alone he watched him get out of his bed on a trail cam and then watch him all the way to his stand on his phone I don't agree with how it was done but to each their own who says cameras can't help u kill a deer
Do you have trail cams?
No woodsmanship these days..Ban cameras ..

Oh the nerve to set a camera where you would set a stand or blind. Cause not many can do it. Lee and seek one do a lot of good things for their community, hunting and people in general.
You got it all wrong!
If it was just that easy everyone would be killing 200” bucks, there’s a lot more to it than cameras
Lee is a joke..Hey lets hunt city deer in peoples backyards and lets even bait them with hundreds of pounds of corn...
….pays landowners, gets hunters w previous permission kicked off of their land and uses drones… (allegedly)…..eff this guy
Hes making a living hunting you dont
Fk you haters, Lee is a straight killer and your not. HE dont pay anyone shit, use drones or do anything to ruin his reputation. Because he knows idiots like you will make up bs in a heartbeat.
@@traceguyton7194he says they weren't asked but I heard 20k to hunt this deer
