Lots of items on the lunch buffet. I believe this is the first time I've seen the homemade pretzels on a buffet. Yum! The chicken looked so good! They really did an outstanding job on this new design. Just beautiful. Wonderful job!

Your killing me with these buffet visits, once again everything looks delicious, chicken pot pie, sliced turkey, corn fritters, ham balls. green beans and that chili looked so good, I'd love the chili over a baked potato. Now when it comes to dessert, I think I would love the chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting and of course a whoopie pie to top it all off. @@jbinthehills A place I used to work at, a guy would bring me some Amish cakes and cookies that were out of this world. Then at another place I used to work at, they would hire a Amish company to come in and cater our Christmas dinner and that food was sooooooooo good and all of it was home made.

I broke my rule. I won’t do it again but the pizza looked so good I had to try it. The French Toast at the end was worth breaking a rule. When you spend money on buffet you want to eat meats 😀😎😎

That chocolate cake with the peanut butter frosting looked like a cake I make but instead I make it with coffee frosting. So much to choose from and great price❤️

Everything looks amazing! You have to go hungry for sure because there is so much to pick from! I am definitely going to try the crème brûlée French toast. I always enjoyed the chili because I can’t do spicy and it was always mild just the way I liked it. And the chocolate cake with peanut butter icing is one of my favorites. I am probably going to go sooner than later to try it out 😂 John I really like your Pink Floyd T-shirt!! One of my favorite groups in highschool. Have a great Sunday ❤
Loved Pink Floyd in high school also. They don’t have a menu anymore. We used to always just get the chicken dinner because the chicken is amazing here. Hershey's Resort resteraunt! All the food looks so good. Fried chicken the specialty I presume!!! The pork and sauerkraut sounds good Bobbie! John had so much goid food! Chicken pot pie very different! Roast beef always good, buttered noodles. Round 2 Turkey, sweet potato fries, glazed carrots. Ham balls, corn, chicken pot pie stuffing. Round 3 Bobbie cookie, 3 layer chocolate cake peanut butter icing. John: creme brulee French toast looks awesome! Love the home cooking from Amish Resteraunts!
Missy I wanted more from the grill to show you. I was told I had to get that French Toast and I’m so glad I did. What’s funny we got home and watched our video and I forgot to try the cheesecake also. If we film the dinner we will get different items to show everyone. The chicken is so good here. We love to watch you videos when you're in Amish country. The food choice was enormous, could have spent all day there trying it all it looked so delicious (if we had the room for it!). Was hoping you were going to do a resort room review while you were there, maybe next tume.

Great food. My husband always says, no salad or bread either. He likes the meats . I will get usually like red beet eggs and beets off the salad bar. No bread. Always dessert. The peanut butter cookie and icing looked so good but i can not taste peanut butter flavors since i had covid 2 years ago and i loved it.
I usually get a salad, but I didn't this time. The peanut butter I sing on the chocolate cake was delicious. I'm sorry, you can't taste peanut butter anymore. Thanks for watching. 😎😎

Thank y’all for the excellent review. Bobbie would really enjoy going to the Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville, Ohio. I’m with John and really enjoy the ham balls in PA. I grew up eating ham loaf and to me, they taste just like ham loaf. It’s nearly impossible to find ham loaf in TN. The crème brûlée French Toast looked incredible and si did the 3 layer cake. It looks like y’all had a great meal and this is one of the best looking buffets that we’ve seen in a long time and with the kids eating free, what a deal!
The kid deal is a great value. You guys would love it. Ham loaf must be more in the Amish area like Ohio and Lancaster. I never see it anywhere else. Hope you go sometime😎😎
The food looks pretty good especially the fried chicken and the turkey, and roast beef but with gravy of course, and the mashed potatoes and the hamballs which I have had before in the Lancaster area. I would have definitely went for the creme brulee French toast and the blueberry pie and the peanut butter cake. Nice place! 😊❤🇺🇸🙏🏻✌🏻

You know what David I mainly like harder music but David Gates is an excellent singer and songwriter. He is still alive today and wish he would still play. Great job featuring this amazing place! I saw you published soon after they opened and I held off on watching because I wanted to see it first in person 🤩☺️👍 I was the weird kid who never wanted to know what I was getting for Christmas because I LOVE surprises! 😂 And you are funny about the no bread item and I think that’s a very logical rule but practically impossible in Lancaster especially here at this place! 😊 We have similar tastes for sure - ham balls are the best!! And chocolate cake w PB icing is the BEST cake! Great job on this review, I knew it would be 👍 Funny thing - you mentioned the pretzels on ice cream, that may be a south central PA thing tho I’m not sure. I grew up in York County (next to Lancaster) and it is also very PA Dutch. Our local ice cream place always served their ice cream with a pretzel. So when my youngest was a little boy and we would go there he would always ask for a pretzel bc he thought he had to bc no one else did that 😅 Thanks again for this 😊 you did Hershey Farm wonderfully 👍

Back in the 1970's..as a kid..My parents took us to Pennsylvania Dutch country... from the Boston area... First time I had Shoe Fly Pie..And my mom's sister lived in Knox Pennsylvania..
You did the buffet proud. Great choices. I like the ham balls too. You can go to the Shady Maple grocery store, and back in the freezer section, next to the meat counter where the butchers cut to order, you will find Wenger’s ham loaf. It is exactly like the ham balls, but in a loaf. Worth taking home. Shady also has a large selection of ring bologna in their deli case. Great video. Thanks.

Those are corn nuggets, corn fritters are made like pancakes with no crunchy coating. I am jealous, love buttered noodles, corn nuggets and fried chicken.
I’m gonna take this opportunity to brag on my sweet husband (and 😊make a dig at John). My guy will eat just about anything that doesn’t bite him first. My mama always said I was her easy one to please when fixing dinner but boy, he puts me to shame. By comparison, John needs a taste tester, like a royal does, lol! (JK) No sauerkraut, no onions, no spinach - boy, it’s a wonder you’re not wasting away! Thanks for this wonderful video. We so enjoyed the whole thing and are hoping to make this trip from Ohio. Once again, great video, but like I said about breakfast buffet. It’s a lot of money for what it is. Charge 3.99 for drinks also is a bit excessive. Too much competition in the area. Shady Mable is both cheaper, includes drinks, tips etc. I wish them luck. The space is beautiful. A lot of overhead. Thanks for a great video.

Oh man I love all the soups on it! I would have to try them all :) Also loved that they had specialty breads. Salad bar looked good with the exception they were missing my must have for my salad~chow mein noodles! That being said....didn't you ay there was a ham carving station? Hershey's Resort resteraunt! All the food looks so good. Fried chicken the specialty I presume!!! The pork and sauerkraut sounds good Bobbie! John had so much goid food! Chicken pot pie very different! Roast beef always good, buttered noodles. Round 2 Turkey, sweet potato fries, glazed carrots. Ham balls, corn, chicken pot pie stuffing. Round 3 Bobbie cookie, 3 layer chocolate cake peanut butter icing. John: creme brulee French toast looks awesome! Love the home cooking from Amish Resteraunts!
Missy I wanted more from the grill to show you. I was told I had to get that French Toast and I’m so glad I did. What’s funny we got home and watched our video and I forgot to try the cheesecake also. If we film the dinner we will get different items to show everyone. The chicken is so good here. Great food. My husband always says, no salad or bread either. He likes the meats . I will get usually like red beet eggs and beets off the salad bar. No bread. Always dessert. The peanut butter cookie and icing looked so good but i can not taste peanut butter flavors since i had covid 2 years ago and i loved it.

Thank y’all for the excellent review. Bobbie would really enjoy going to the Sauerkraut Festival in Waynesville, Ohio. I’m with John and really enjoy the ham balls in PA. I grew up eating ham loaf and to me, they taste just like ham loaf. It’s nearly impossible to find ham loaf in TN. The crème brûlée French Toast looked incredible and si did the 3 layer cake. It looks like y’all had a great meal and this is one of the best looking buffets that we’ve seen in a long time and with the kids eating free, what a deal!
The kid deal is a great value. You guys would love it. Ham loaf must be more in the Amish area like Ohio and Lancaster. I never see it anywhere else. Hope you go sometime😎😎

The food looks pretty good especially the fried chicken and the turkey, and roast beef but with gravy of course, and the mashed potatoes and the hamballs which I have had before in the Lancaster area. I would have definitely went for the creme brulee French toast and the blueberry pie and the peanut butter cake. Nice place! 😊❤🇺🇸🙏🏻✌🏻

Great job on this review, I knew it would be 👍 Funny thing - you mentioned the pretzels on ice cream, that may be a south central PA thing tho I’m not sure. I grew up in York County (next to Lancaster) and it is also very PA Dutch. Our local ice cream place always served their ice cream with a pretzel. So when my youngest was a little boy and we would go there he would always ask for a pretzel bc he thought he had to bc no one else did that 😅

You did the buffet proud. Great choices. I like the ham balls too. You can go to the Shady Maple grocery store, and back in the freezer section, next to the meat counter where the butchers cut to order, you will find Wenger’s ham loaf. It is exactly like the ham balls, but in a loaf. Worth taking home. Shady also has a large selection of ring bologna in their deli case.

Once again, great video, but like I said about breakfast buffet. It’s a lot of money for what it is. Charge 3.99 for drinks also is a bit excessive. Too much competition in the area. Shady Mable is both cheaper, includes drinks, tips etc.
