Hi Brenda, You are a fantastic teacher, so easy to follow and under stand, your explanations are very clear too, Thanks so much, I am loving your video's. Cheers Anna.
I'm so glad I found your page. You are so patient and very detailed in your explanations. I've been looking for a teacher such as yourself that can explain exactly what each feature does in this software and why we would want to use it. I'm new at this so I'm excited to view all of your videos. Thank you again for what you do for this community.
Wonderful Replicate information. BTW, I attempted to "login" to get the reference manual but there is no "sign up". Please let me know how to access this information. Thanks!
Hi Brenda, I tried to go through these steps and when I got to the square step, I could not figure out how to get exactly 1 inch square to use like you did. Could you show how to do this? or give me the steps to create this square? I am a real beginner and have really enjoyed learning more about the software via your videos. Thank you. Joan
You want to select the rectangle from your drawing tools. Hold down the shift key while you drag it out. That will create a perfect square. Then you can go up to the top and enter 1 for either the height or the width. Make sure that the little lock icon is in the locked position. That will make a perfect 1 in square.
Wow, thank you so much for this information. I will be practicing this tip and hope it will help me to further understand the software@@silhouettesuccess
Hello! The option to input the custom x y offset values in the advanced replicate panel does not populate in version 4.5.180. What software version are you using in this tutorial?
Thank you for that information! I'm still back at 4.4. I wasn't happy with the changes to saving as an SVG, so I never did install the updates. I'm probably going to have to if I want to keep up, though.
