Hi, thank you for all your help. My question is, If the button DESCALING in my machine is in red, does that mean that I need make descaling prosses? I just read that if I am using claris smart filter, I don´t descaling my machine....for some reason I can´t deactivate in the main screen the red button with the circle where indicates that need some service, then I press this and appear descaling button in red. Do you have idea which is the problem in my machine. (is almost new)
Dear Gabriela Palviainen, this means, that the time between “change filter” and inserting a new filter did count enough days to require a decalcification. Please do the decalcification one time (it is really important to remove the filter) and then insert a new filter after the decalcification process. Kind regards, JURA

Hello, we suggest the following: Take the filter out of the water tank. Start descaling the machine again, but this time only with water. After descaling, insert the new filter. Kind regards, JURA
Descaling is necessary but these machines need to be completely rebuilt about once a year. I do it myself but if you are not handy I would not try it. These machines get disgusting inside. Mold. Old coffee grounds. Unbelievable amounts of gunk. Even if you clean and descale they get gross inside! If you have never opened your machine get ready for lots of white mold! They sell rebuild kits with new O rings.
Sorry this is a week late but in the future if that happens wipe off the metal clips at the back if the drip tray. If they are wet the machine thinks the drip tray is full. Sometimes u need to be sure and wipe off the back of the clips too that are pointed down into the tray because they can have a residue of water sitting there. Best of luck! Hope this makes sense.

Hello, when descaling my center nozzles did not descale at all. None of the descaling fluid went through them at all.
Jura WE8 stuck in "Agent in tank" and has no option to continue... any ideas before I send back to costco?

How do I decalcify if my water tank is connected to a water line? I cannot disconnect it, empty it and add the tablets in if it is connected.

I descaled it..then rinsed it, then emptied grounds and tray, rinsed those and it continues to say empty drip tray..it is empty..
