  • I've been to the Kitesurf Masters in Germany and was lucky to get the chance to try the Applino V2. My weight is 85kg and I rode the Applino in 5'5.
The there most important features of this board are:
    - It is fast
    - The grab rails are perfect
    - the board feel compact
This is a great board for advanced riders for proper waves and proper strapless freestyle moves. I can recommend it...

I had the chance to grab it during this session, thank you buddy 🤙🏽😊
what I really liked about that board is it’s unique combination of freestyle abilities while keeping the DNA of a surf bomb!
I must admit that it felt a little twitchy/loose when carving. but in my opinion, once your nervous system got used to it, it could offer a sick style of riding. snapping and sliding the waves will be easy with this one.
definitely for advanced/intermediate rider. and I guess I would pick it one size bigger by my body height of 1,85m.
did someone mention the super rugged construction of this boards?

How would you compare the Applino V2 to the Malus Domestica?

Well, both are definately great boards 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤩. The Applino V2 is the sportier board. It requires a little more skill from the rider but is faster and more dynamic, especially in demanding conditions.

@@Surf_Life This was my main question after this video since I'm trying to figure out what is a better board for Dutch sea mess ;) Love your strapless content, please, do more!
PS. What side are you riding in Malus Domestica and what size did you try back then for Applino?
