Hello...I truly enjoy your tutorials. You have helped me understand so much. I am currently taking a course to get my coding certification. My question is: You indicated no sticky notes are allowed. If I typed my notes on a label can I apply them in my books or does it have to be handwritten only? I was trying to be neat as possible so that I can read my notes because my lefty handwriting can be awful at times.
The difference would be the documentation you have in the record. ie: family states patient accidently ingested clorox...... here is it clear what happened. ie: patient ingested clorox, not witnessed, undertermined as to being accidental or not here you would just use the undertermined......
I can't tell you how helpful your videos are and how much they have helped me in preparing for the final test. You are outstanding!
This was great! I learned I tabbed my pages wrong! LOL.....I’m going to watch the CPT next! Thank you so much!

you cannot afix or attach any type of added material. handwritten notes only you can visit aapc.com and read more of the rules if you want to
Thank you
