Mas maganda talaga dito kay sa US my son and daughter in law are both doctors have their residence in the US but decided to move here in Canada dahil sa crime rate , we are originally from Alberta I came here as a nanny became single mom send my son to medical single handedly thru the help of bursary and grants and little student loans my son becomes a good doctor now living in Vancouver , so blessed na nakapunta ako dito sa Canada .

Transfer of US License to Canada, sa Ontario laking pasasalamat natin sa Pilipinong IEN BOD ng CNO.. 2021 lang din nabago yan Ina dito sa Ontario dati you either challenge the Canadian NCLEX or you do bridging course. Depende talaga nursing regulatory every province.
in every crisis there is opportunity, naging daan para sa pagpapadali (ie bridging course waived kasi may US NCLEX NY license) na maging RPN/RN sa Canada.
Canada is just a stopover get your passport then work/love in the USA. Go back when you're sick and old. 😂

For me, i'm considering peace and environment and the friendly people here✌️🇨🇦❤

I agree with you. Plus in a health care field very stressful.

Some States have reciprocity with Canada. Also because of covid pandemic and shortage of nurses in canada, the rules for getting RN license for international trained nurse became easier.

I passed nclex oct, and now planning to try canada medyo hesitant kc matagal nang walang bedside exp, pero I'll try pa din to try sa NS and pag ok, balik hospital na while processing..

Pero ngayon I want to try na ulit mag apply abroad, para wala akong "what if's" 😂
At sabi nyo nga pong dalawa it's never too late..
Life begins at 40 daw, at in few days time my life will begin, char!!
Thank you po maam marianne for inspiring us, and maam ina for sharing their story..❤

sa BC you still need to study or do the bridging program 😢😢.. Sa AB no need na, NCLEX is enough to have an RN license. The downside lang is mahirap makahanap ng permanent work ngaun as RN sa AB.

Just type HOW I GOT MY TEACHING LICENSE IN CANADA. I did not take any course or any condition pala. I become an Ontario Certified Teacher just exactly 1 year after I landed here.
