Hi ma'am, even mga IDs ay kailangan ng written statement that the notary public has seen the originals, made the copies, and certifies that they are true copies of original documents, or yung mga documents lang like marriage cert, birth cert as proof na nagpalit ka ng name or status. Thank you!
Hello po, as per NNAS website eto po ang nakalagay:
You must submit two forms of identification directly to NNAS. They must be notarized, copies of original documents (signed, dated, and stamped) complete with your signature.
You must be with the notary at the time your original documents are copied and notarized as certified true copies. NNAS does not accept original identity documents.
In Canada, notarized copies must be prepared by a notary public or a lawyer.
Outside of Canada, notarized copies must be prepared by a government-approved official.
They must apply their official signature and seal to each reviewed document, include their address and phone number, and declare in a written statement that they have seen the original documents, made the copies, can certify that they are true copies, and confirm that they are not in any way related to the applicant.
You are responsible for all fees related to preparing your notarized documents. Copies of expired identification documents will not be accepted. At least one form of identification must contain your photo and it must be current and not expired.

We came here in canada through agency Work global Inc. ang pathway po namin ay NLPNP and through work global na din kaya nkahanap kami ng employer. Yung sa RN license nman po you can start by opening an NNAS account pra ma verify yung education and license mo then ipapasa m yung assesment kung saang regulatory body ng nurses na province ka pupunta like sa case ko sa CRNNL. Check nyo po ang mga link below baka makatulong po sainyo.

@@gizmothefatcat1209 I applied online po, selected certificate of good standing and attached the forms na kelangan nilang ifill up naglagay lang ako ng instructions na they should be the one to mail it directly for my NNAS assessment.
Congrats mam! may idea po ba kau paano mag process kung NCLEX passer na po at from PH, may ready visa nadin mam gsto ko sana mag apply as RN na bago lumapag jn sa NL.. Thanks in advance!

Hi mam. Need ba na Nurse ka para maging PCA dyan? Nursing Assistant po here in PH with almost 15yrs experience but computer course grad. Macoconsider kaya nila yan? Nag check ako sa work global na same lang naman ang work ni PCA sa Nurse Assistant kaya plan sana na mag apply. Kaso baka di maconsider dahil hindi Nurse. Masayang ang gastos sa mga ielts, etc. Baka may idea po kayo kung required na Nurse o hindi. Salamat 😊

Pwede pong gamitin ang WES pero make sure po na ang klase ng WES report ay hindi pra sa immigration lang, dapat for professional licensing (comprehensive course by course report dapat)iba po kze ang WES report na gnagamit for immigration.
