would be nice to add a feature that can automatically detect transients in an audio file and cut it up into multiple one shot audio files. control over the sensitivity of transient detection like in ableton's simpler would be great. thanks for this free software :)!

Hi, Whenever I am using Explorer, I can’t seem to use protools. The error message says, 'ASIO device properties have been changed by the device control panel. Protools must be restarted for the changes to take effect. Please restart Protools. I am using Mackie onyx 2 by 2 on Windows 11. Thanks in advance

It's pretty cool software!! Especially the UCS system. GUI is nice! I would like to have more key commands options, auto-play on loop selection, and the possibility to save the default (starting) state (preset) of the program. If you could implement this in the future updates it would be great) Thanks!

how can i just drag out a sample into my DAW? i don't want to export it, or change it in anyway inside of explorer, i just want to drag it out, and have the DAW reference the same initial sample
@@rautshsale1948 Unfortunately, this is not possible to do yet. Right now you can only drag files, however, we're making it possible for the next update so stay tuned!

Hi there Charles, the options of drag and drop already exist in Explorer, just select the audio you wish to move and click option + drag for the software you're using :)
Too bad the loop function won't automatically apply to the file instead of just the selection. This would have made Explorer also a great choice as a loop player like Resonic! Add also a a bpm category and we're starting to see a really contender for Resonic and other loop player/previewer apps! 👍
Is it just me or do samples such as one shot kicks and claps get chopped at the attack? unless if you turn on the loop function, then you can hear the samples in their entirety. Thanks guys this is almost the best. But because of this am using Cosmos by Waves because their software you can hear the entire sample, but if you fix this Cosmos will only have the Key of the sample option over you. actually there is more but, maybe for another day.

Hopefully down the line Explorer gets to be able to preview MIDI files and sync to DAW projects.

Can we drag and drop the selected portion of a file directly into pro tools? Like Soundly does.

I guess people are asking if you can add Ableton Live and Bitwig Studio to the Spot feature.

Hello! Yes, waveform horizontal zoom can be done with mouse scroll, and vertical zoom by holding opt/alt + mouse scroll 🙌
Can I delete samples of my PC than I don't want with the Explorer?
Explorer does not delete or change files. To delete them you have to do it directly on your computer. Thank you 🙌

Hey there, all you have to do is: Select the file > option+drag > DAW. Let me know if it works :)
