Hi Ms. Alfina! Thanks for the feedback! 1. Yes, rinse your eyelids with lukewarm water. 2. Every alternate day would do for 1-2 weeks. If there is a very severe accumulation of scaling in the eyelash, it can be done every day

The doctor stroked the earbuds from root to tip in the video because the patient had mild disease with loose and scanty scales requiring gentle cleaning. If the scales are thick and adhesive to the matted eyelash, then rub the earbuds back and forth on the eyelashes.
Hi, Dandruff in the eyelash is due to blepharitis (Inflammation of eyelids). Blepharitis has many causes. If the blepharitis is due to infection, it usually disappears after treatment. If it's due to other reasons like acne rosacea or seborrheic dermatitis, it is generally remitting and relapsing.
The course of adult SD in affected individuals is variable throughout adulthood, with some noting only occasional periods of exacerbation and others experiencing greater chronicity with more frequent recurrences

🤷🏾♂️Cold water shower can reduce scalp dandruff but i'm not sure about this.

This depends on the type , severity and stage of blepharitis.
