Whats up bandecfolks welcome back! Today we took a look at the absoutely crushing new track from Knoxvilles Tennessee Deathcore giants Whitechapel. The boys both grew up on The Somatic Defilement and This is Exile, the latter being the release that really sold Ty on the genre. Phill has kept up with them and Highly recommends their 2019 release The Valley.M
After releasing some records that have added in clean singing and more broody and lowkey elements Whitechapel have grabbed the attention of the internet with this absolutely huge and heavy new track. More Breakdowns, more techy riffs, a crazy level of polish on the mixing. Phills voice sounds bigger than ever. We also talk about being Brazilian, Jean Claude Van Damme and Phill almost getting blown up.

Great reaction guys, I dabbled in Whitechapel a bit in the past but sad to say, I was very bored. I always preferred SS. This sound is exactly what I’m looking for.
And yeah, to me the Oceano album was solid, but not something I’d play over and over. There’s a few bangers on it though.
