    Robin thank you thank you for sure a great tutorial explanation that's easy to follow even for me as a beginner! ❤ Question... If I was to use this as a base for a blanket do I repeat the half double crochet row or the single crochet row or a combo of both on alternate rows to make bigger ?.. Thank you

    I really love your videos and they are helping me a lot!
    I have a question though, I want to make a blanket with that technique, not granny squares. Think of it as a single huge granny square.
    I haven't found any videos of that, your smiley video is the first that is going in the right direction.
    If I am continuing with the circles, would I need to add for each round another single double crochet?
    I would continue like that:
    My round 5 would be 2 double crochet in the first stitch and than 3 single ones. ( I hope you get what I am trying to explain)

  • @maryeduvall9564
    @maryeduvall9564 7 місяців тому +1

    Question - it looks good like when you join at end of round, you are going in the back loop to slip stitch and then going in both for 1st stitch. Is that correct?

    • @HookedbyRobin
      @HookedbyRobin  7 місяців тому

      Try and aim for 2 loops if you can but ultimately, do whatever is easiest for you, it doesn't make a massive difference xx
