With the weather getting colder down here in Texas could you possibly make a fall time fishing video with just like suggested lures and tips. Loving the videos man. Thanks!
I REMEMBER FISHING THERE WITH MY FATHER BACK IN THE1970'S. WE WERE FISHING OM THE PIER ,SAW GUYS WADE FISHING .ONE MINUTE THEY WERE THERE ,THE NEXT THEY WERE GONE . THEY NEVER RECOVERED THE BODIES.AS FOR AS I CAN REMEMBER .
Great video. Thanks for sharing an awesome day cruising the marsh. Felt like I was right there with you. Any day paddling around that Cold Pass area is badass!💪
Love ur videos don't know when u check ur comments little early just wanna say happy birthday for November 10th brother 3/4 India com ......I'll be in Houston to meet up w more brothers u be safe drink one for our fallen if u possible Semper fi brother and God bless ya soon I'll buy my old town 120 san Lois pass my favorite place to camp catch clean cook ....be safe devil ......out
When you see the mullet bunched up its bc there are predator fish around. Throw a top water or suspending bait to rule out all possibility of predators around! Tight lines
Mark thanks for making my Sunday morning coffee so enjoyable. Love the shallow water effort. Beautiful redfish. How low to you take your battery down as a rule? Running at setting 10 against the current is not something I like to do on the outgoing part of any given day out. Stay safe MDLR.
Hey Mark thanks for replying to my last message. But just a suggestion is there maybe in the future longer videos maybe an hour or two of nothing but fishing the Texas city dike or the marsh over in Moses lake . There is somebig saddle blankets back there I know from first hand experience. And also another place you might wann get the kayak into is a place highlands bayou park in LaMarque Texas. It leads out into the marsh area you know the rail road Bridge you can see way out there 8f your going towards Galveston. It's right past tiki Island .Highlands bayou runs out towards the rail road Bridge and talk about red fish nah I'm talking about donkeys bro. And I've caught flounders out there also my pb was a 7lb flounder can you say saddle blanket door matt etc. I mean don't just take my word for it go and see what ya come up with you never know I can't promise you will get the same results I did but also that was back 2000 when I was home on leave took my two man out there and tore them up. Let me know if you decide to go to the places I mentioned I would love to see that video. Well say safe out brother and as always tight lines 👍
Wow so dangerous you were really at risk out there. Just call it what it is: “Grown man forgoes steady income for family to fish and tries to get views up by tricking you with false video titles”
You and your buddy are the ultimate click-baiters these days. Every single title contains, "danger, monster, crazy, etc." No I didn't watch. I used to somewhat enjoy y'all's videos, not so much anymore. If you can't be honest about what's in the video, just don't post it.
@@MDLRFishing I don't understand the hate you get from viewers? San Luis Pass is the most dangerous pass here in the area. You post the best videos and your fishing reports are detailed and very impressive. Keep up the good work Mark!
You should post a link in the description to the music you're using at 2:05
I have the music service I use listed in the description.
Loved it. Thanks
👍
Good morning man good content !
Thanks 🙏
Mark is that a special lure you use that allows you to inject procure into? Man you are not kidding when you say you fish the flats!
It has a hollow body so I just use it to my advantage 👍. My video description usually has links so you can check out the gear that I use.
I pulled up 2 bodies from that area in 1986 & 1987 while with the US Coast Guard. Extremely dangerous.
It’s a crazy shame that people don’t heed the warnings.
Allways a favorite place to fish
🤙
Great video!
Thanks
Mann that under flow there is crazy... And that water got some deep holes but also nonstop white croaker there!
It’s great fishing but can’t let your guard down.
Mark, check this out.
Very nice place to fish been fishing there since the mid to early 70s
Stay safe

I’ve never come close to running the battery dead. I use 100ah and in two years of use it’s solid.
