    Hello Rosalie. It was recommended not to do crunches. What are the best exercises for Diastasis Recti on the total gym? Thank you.

      @@g.b.8899 great question!! All the cable exercises will activate your core- so good for abs - then I would add bent knee toe taps.. just lie on your glide board at level 1 and press your low back into the board as you alternate toe taps…seated ab twists are good too… brace your core

      @@RosalieBrownFit Thanks, I’ll look at it! I’m a Total Gym Total Noob, 70 and fairly out of shape. Joints and everything have a long ways to go, and 20 pounds needs to go too. That all probably gives you a little backdrop for my question! 😲
