After a long and successful biathlon career, winning Olympia Gold several times, Laura Dahlmeier decided to transition careers and dedicate herself fully to what she always loved the most - Being in the mountains.
One of her first adventures led her to climb the Pilier Rouge Du Brouillard in the Mont blanc massives in the French Alps.
For this she teamed up with Alexander and Thomas Huber - two of the most accomplished mountaineers and climbers in the world.

Beautiful video with beautiful personalities in a part of the massif that I carry deep in my heart for several climbs done and attempted there (Integrale, Super Integrale, Freney, ...) but it's a little painful to see the wild valley of Val Veny in Italy, where the climb is situated, identified as 'Chamonix France'. Not only in distance, but even more in spirit this Italian side of the mountain is FAR away from Chamonix.

@@adidasTERREX Nach dem schwierigen Pfeiler im Aufstieg ist der Abstieg vom Normalweg vom M. Blanc ungefähr so, als würde man die Fussball Euromeister nicht nur beim Tore schießen, sondern auch beim einsteigen in den Bus zur Heimfahrt zeigen..
Mount Blanc Normalweg ist ein eigenes Thema.

Wie gut, dass man auf dem Rückweg den Fahrstuhl nehmen kann und in zwei Minuten schon wieder unten ist, so dass der Rückweg keiner weiteren Erwähnung bedarf.

Der Rückweg vom Gipfel (Normalweg) verhält sich gegenüberr dem Pfeiler so wie das plantschen im Nichtschwimmerbecken zu einem Triatlon.........
