Yes, now I realize, I no need knowledge about Christ, I need to know Christ. In Person. No one manuscript can taught me what it is. I even don't know what it means, what it's looks like, but I believe in Jesus, he know how to get me.

In the light of all this healing that is available in Jesus, is it necessary to get therapy?? If I can see how I was damaged by trauma, what does therapy do that I won't get from Jesus directly? In sure I'm not the only one with this question.
Victorious Joy Jesus will work both directly and through the agency of knowledgeable people to bring you into wholeness. Healing isn't an "either or" process, but an "and also" one.
Check out the Theophostic prayer. The author and speaker that knows the most about this is Edward M Smith. You can find his teachings on UA-cam. Very good stuff and goes directly to the heart of the problem.
For me, the chaos that trauma created is a disruption in the nervous system. This is repaired via a variety of somatic healing practices. Bottom up. not talking but being in relationship with soul, neighbor, spouse, or therapist. I spent 3-4 times per week in yoga studios allowing my body to welcome the love 'vibe' or consciousness that is more whole than the brokenness I was used to living. I hope that's helpful!!
