I would encourage everyone to listen to God's word above men. My dearest friend was a woman of God and a "Career woman" and once she got married she put her career above her husbands wishes. Her husband divorced her. God says we are to submit to our husbands as to the Lord and while knowing what you want to do is okay you can't be married to a career and a husband. Its so important to be complete in Christ before you get married otherwise you will be expecting your spouse to be your everything and that leads to disappointment and this leads to other problems .
