Going through a hard situation and realizing I created it by acting emotionally and not setting boundaries, that ended up bringing me down. Thank you so much for this video I'm going though a really hard time my 2 year old daughter was I close contact with somone at day care so she had go for 2 covid test and I also have a 7 year old boy in school so I had stay home from work with her so my wife could still work she just started her job and couldn't take my 2 year old out get my son to and from school and my boss fired me and I'm so stressed out I worked there for 4 years now I have no income
It’s practice every day walking the path of not identifying with your negative emotions and self talk. And once I firmly decided to make that choice it gets easier to change. When I start feeling something come up I recognize it consciously and in that moment I say it’s time to change and i replace it with something else. And I just keep doing it. It’s not always easy but its worth it to change the program. You’re painting is beautiful as always! Thank you Gaspar! 💗

You're right...Nothing and no one can take away anything from you. I learned this a few years ago and now I can control my emotions on a regular basis! I practiced shifting to all good emotions and now people sometimes ask me what my secret is and how I am happy so much of the time.I sing and dance in my living room daily and I play my piano all the time. Thank you for this message. I have been dealing with a person who is willing to lie even in court to get her way. I have had many disappointments along this journey. I learned the concept of embracing the feeling of what I would feel if I got the outcome of what I want (maybe it was an idea you presented in a video) but not to be too attached to that dream or outcome. Sometimes things happen along the way and if we are too attached to that outcome, you will not hear the messages along the way. Sometimes what you wanted had to take you along a side path to really succeed in the end. Sometimes the outcome you are striving for is less than what will make you even happier. This is also the concept behind manifesting and metaphysical healing. It is almost magical. It does work. After almost a year of struggle, I see a triumphant ending in the near future. Keep the faith!
I travel around my own town. Be with nature and take in the growth of spring and seeing the bright green in the trees and grass and hearing the birds singing. So beautiful and grateful to experience it with joy in my heart. 💖🙌👑♾☮☯️🌹🙌💖

Some say said to me I do not believe that I don’t think so! Not believing I cured my 3 relatives who had COVID-19 overnight in eight hours. I called my dad the next day to see how they were. Fine! It was gone but me energy healing them all.🥰
I get called a woman and gay all the time by men who are insecure about their own feelings. Most men say feelings are meant for women, they believe feelings are irrational and fail to see their own feelings of pride, envy, judgement and greed as the creator of their own thoughts. Sometimes the thoughts men have of what it means to be a man disturbs me deeply. I tell most people now that I think like a man and a woman because I'd rather understand the interchangeable nature of being human than prove to be half of one. Confusing but it allows me to go past the consequences of doubting someone else's capabilities. It also allows for wonderfully interesting and sometimes downright hilarious conversations. Belief and understanding go hand in hand. We need to move past thinking we know what things like strength, knowledge, intelligence, etc mean better than someone else. We will only know better than someone else if we are accepting all views and they are accepting one. The catch 22 is the all knows that one is not better than another. As a result, one person can open up vast possibilities with anyone.

My husband and daughter 52 and 26 live by their emotions and I don't. It's very difficult to to deal with when you can't get them to understand that they don't have to let their emotions control them and I feel like they need to control their emotions
