I did a joe dispenza course last February and in it was a meditation called blessing the energy centers that I’ve been doing consistently since then. I do it at night and I always look forward to it. I feel so much better after. It can be pretty easy to get disrupted energetically sometimes and when you’re trying to recover from something and create changes in your life blessing those energy centers makes a world of difference to align with yourself daily. It helps you stay strong. And it feels really good after. Sometimes I get so relaxed it takes a while to come to. That painting is gorgeous! 😻 I just ordered 2 prints for my niece and nephew. They love your paintings too.
