Just wanted to let you know, again, how much I appreciate your messages and the inspiration I receive, while watching you paint.
I've been going through a pretty intense deep dive into my shadow work over the past few years...coming to realizations, insight and claiming my own abilities and power.
With the pandemic, I was forced into some tough decisions that are turning into a blessing. Allowing me the chance to reevaluate, pursue my own artistic endeavors, healing etc.

Exact connections with my inspired thought and feelings this morning. Went back into my childhood and remembering what what was exciting and peaked my curiosity and found it is still with me. Lovin every minute of it! Relaxing in nature and absorbing all the beauty and feeling connected and invigorated by the energy exchange Yes gratitude is felt everyday for all I have learned and practiced for myself, but I project it outward for all to feel and realize within themselves. My love for life is expanding so intensely and so rabidly that it almost takes my breath away... it's magic all over again just as I felt as a child. Absolutely resonated with my soul and you hit the heart with my dream I had 5 years ago. I had the same symbols of infinity lining up with what heaven is like. The start of a beautiful beginning but a never ending, unlimiting like a quantum continuum with time and space. The Atom represented our DNA in the reality of this world linked to the universe.

I just have a dilemma about what I am experiencing. I am honest, hardworking and always giving away and sharing things with others but always come across with people who are taking full advantage of everything. But as Jesus says love your enemies, trying to love people who are taking full advantage of your good nature.

Better boundaries. You matter and your needs do too but do you ask them to be met. Are the people you are with emotionally safe? Can you be yourself, seen, acknowledged, validated and appreciated for who.you are or do.you have to bend to the will of another to keep the peace? What made you take this role, fear, anxiety...? Good luck my dear. Treat them the way they treat you once and they'll run. Guard your pure heart for all you do flows from it.

How do you feel about yourself from your heart? Capable, effective and resilient or .....? What values do you appreciate about yourself? How often do you charge yourself with kind words of appreciation and love for all that you do in life for others and yourself? Competitive societies make compliments scarce so might as well be your number 2 fan after God! How do you feel about yourself from within? External solutions are bandaids for an internal need that can only be fulfilled by you. Does your heart feel happy? How well can you be if you're not living from your own point of view and perspective? Better to learn from your own wrongs then following someone's else's right. How do you want to feel? Why can't you feel that way about yourself? Whose lense are you using to see yourself through, yours which is grounded in the present which is serene and purposeful or a past lens which throws off your internal state of balance and peace?
