You're one of my favourite reactor at the moment because you genuinely want to watch the anime with full attention and not miss any dialogue and you're okay with rewinding a little bit to understand something that went over your head the first time versus some others who would just not care and continue watching.
Basically a reactor who watches it for themself and share it with others vs someone who only reacts for the viewer.

Well fucking said, my thoughts exactly, so many reaction channels just have the person talking and yelling over so many important details and only react by yelling during fight scenes and have nothing interesting to say during world building or character building moments and just have a bored stone faced look.
TRUE. Especially about rewinding. So many reactors completely miss the point of some scenes because they talk over them. Taking is fine but not if you are gonna miss dialogue, so her rewinding to make sure she understands it is huge. Awesome stuff!

Hello! Love your reactions! Just wanna clarify something(not spoiler), and it's the why askelad killed Thors even if thors won the match, it's because askelad was paid for it, remember floki made a deal with him, so he had to do it.

I just couldn't get over the hype and the impact that Vinland Saga (both anime and manga) made on me. Also the important parts of the events that you are going to watch actually happened in the real history makes this series way more deep imo :)

Well.... Other than the fact that he basically decided to kill himself to protect people who came there to Assassinate him instead of literally killing every single one of them and move on... Yeah you can technically say that there was nothing too weird about the way Thors died...
There’s 3 different Thorfinns altogether. Baby Thorfinn (6 years old) Teenage Thorfinn (12-17 years old) and then adult Thorfinn (18 to his current age 22) I always thought teenage Thorfinn would be my favourite cuz of how badass he was but adult Thorfinn is definitely one of my favourite manga characters of all time

i agree with Bjorn, Thors was actually niave. pacifism is a noble thing but absolute pacifism is actually niavity. if you are unwilling to dirty your hands when the need arrises than you are just plane wrong. i can understand not wanting to go to war and fight for someone elses cause. but protecting your family and your friends and your village is a different thing. Thors was 100% unwilling to kill Askeladds men to save the crew of his ship. had he willingly killed Askeladd, he wouldn't have died and Askeladd's men would have lost moral and had to flee.

Idk why people say u shouldn’t watch the intro, the only think it kinda spoiled is that Thorfinn will be the protagonist, other than that no spoilers at all, u should watch it it’s really good

Swords are not as heavy as you might think. The ones portrayed in this show would be between 1 and 1.5 kg, according to the English Wikipedia entry for "Viking sword" (sorry, too lazy to find a better source but it is pretty much in the ball park of the examples I've seen handled by experts). In that regard, the show is somewhat exaggerating. A child could certainly wield one, albeit not as well as an adult.
