Ingredients：

冬瓜300克（Winter melon 300g）
糖1/4杯约50g（Sugar 1/4 cup ）
盐1/4茶匙 （Salt 1/4 tsp）
猪油1汤匙(Lard 1 tablespoon)
烤熟白芝麻 1汤匙（自选）roasted sesame 1 tbsp (optional)
香草精1/4茶匙（Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon）
糯米粉 1/4杯约35g (Glutinous rice flour 1/4 cup)
水油皮材料（Water and oil pastry ingredients）
中筋面粉 3/4杯约 120g(All Purpose Flour 3/4 cup )
猪油2汤匙(Lard 2 tablespoon)
水80毫升(Water 80 ml)
油皮材料（Oil pastry ingredients）
中筋面粉1/2杯 约75 g (All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup )
猪油3汤匙约36g (Lard 3 tablespoon)
