Absolutely beautiful singing. I was reduced to tears by the beauty of the way the piano was played. This is beauty in music. Thank God for great artists. They are such a blessing.
My favourite recording if this is by the great French baritone Gerard Souzay but this is a superb presentation .Needs a better accompanist though -we need another Gerald Moore or Dalton Baldwin.
