1:10 has the most beautiful lead tone I've ever heard. That Petrucci's signature tone. I wouldn't be able to stop playing for hours if I could recreate such a beautiful sound
there plenty of faster and more technical guitar players than Petrucci ,but nobody can get closer to his creativity and ability to combine speed and feelings .One of the most inteligent guitar players all time.

He got techniques, feel and most importantly knowledge about the sound , always spot on and full power.. The clean plucking is always superb.. And distortion sounds is powerful.
