that car is tooooo tight. should have let it "fly" on the corner with higher speed. By fly , I mean when it enter the corner - it shouldn't be just pushing but also pulling. their engineer need to work very hard for this magnificient beast! ridiculous potential!!

At first glance it already has a more aesthetically presentable nose cone section and main tub section than the regulatory perverted finger tip nose and Halo contraptions in Formula 1.

Good to see Honda has so much time on they're hands, they can make a new racing league. That 2019 F1 motor better be the best ever. Or I'd be so aggravated with Honda, if my team had to use them. Especially now that the Red Bulls have to use them.
The are not driving on oval tracks, therefore a Halo is less likely to be needed. And in my opinion, taking all risk out of motorsports we might as well start watching golf. ;)
They already state at the reveal of the prototype that the car would not had a Halo. Instead they going to develope "other" thing to had more safety to the driver. Granted they had testing the halo recent times and we'll just waiting if they are going to putting it while the "other" were under development. I'm fine with halo but i'm really facinating to see what kind a cockpit protection that they've made. They are japan so...
Dallara did a very good job at designing a car that could be integrated with any cockpit protection device. One of the example is the IndyCar's IR-18, which was the cockpit has made to corporated with any device including halo. While the beginning IndyCar were going to use halo, this soon be dropped by the drivers and teams because the weight issues and the oval track problem, and you had windscreen whichbwas pretty optimistic and very cool design and it was a success. However that just that, we didn't hear any news regarding windscreen again after it's Indy500 testing. This is may also the reason why SF were choosing to test the halo because if they test the windscreen the device wouldn't ready on time.
