I have The New 2024 and I can't even begin to think about More HP holly molly brother that's insane good luck to him keeping this front down..... I would ask you to make it two feet longer than stock.... I would also love too get about five of these bikes together for a night out... make it happen brother you are the go to Guy for Me and My boy's if and maybe just what you did to his bike.......you got My wheels turning 😊.......
I know for a fact the mail in flash was not Moore Mafia's flash. I've seen multiple Z H2 dyno runs including mine and I can tell you 100% that line just keeps going up!
I'm not sure on your octane rating (we utilize (r+m)/2 method here in the states. But on our 93 octane we can produce around 228-232whp range on a stage 1 like yours.
So I was considering getting the Extreme creations intercooler. Can you recommend someone in my area that would be qualifed to install this since it requires grinding down parts inside the plenum. I"m in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I honestly don't know anyone near that area all in all. There is someone in Chicago. David Cole. I don't know how familiar he is to the zh2 platform but he does have some nice builds 🤙 Either that or take a ride down here with it 💪
I’m just going on a hunch here but do you think maybe the dip on power could’ve been the butterfly valves closing early? I remember seeing a video from Moore mafia showing a stock z h2 only giving about 60% when demanding 100%
We removed the throttle restrictions in the ecu completely. So realistically this could be an airflow (either exhaust or intake), camshaft overlap, or ignition timing correction. I usually mess with what I can in the ecu to get any "dips" out of the powerband so it is as linear as possible.
Yeah so that green line looks exactly like the factory tune...that drop is the 2ndary throttle plates closing back up hence the 175whp....which is exactly what the factory tune gives.....so I have to say the flash didn't take or just never happend and was sent back to him....
Have a H2 227 bhp stock put a full vandemon on it P-08 filter 231 bhp after that install (still stock ECU no other changes ) Had it measured on a dyno said its still really rich running and safe I was considering getting it mapped more to take the restrictions out of it not chasing numbers is it possible to say to get to 240bhp and still have it running rich/safe and not have the boost temps going mad high or is it not as simply as this appreciate your input advice many thanks
I wouldn't push it. Just because it's running rich does not mean your boost temps (or IAT temps) are going to be at a safe level. You really need an intercooler to keep those temps within an acceptable range so no damage occurs internally. 👍
I noticed my h2 sx boost indicator on tft screen is on almost full when going fast, as im on a long journey, am i in danger of the engine getting to hot although temp gauge is normal.
So I would like to know what company was the mail in flash from. I also have a mail in flash but I have yet put my bike on the dyno so I'm definitely curious to know who it might be
Me as well. My Z H2 has the same set up as this one minus the intercooler and I have a Moore Mafia flash in mine and he seems to be pretty damn good to me. No clue on actual power but it powers up the front from 3rd to 4th at full tilt which tells me it's quite a bit of power.
would like to know the max safe IAT the bike could run without intercooler before damage and also the maximum horsepower you would put in it bone stock with just a slipon ?
Take this with a huge grain of salt but on cars running boosted setups you generally do not want to see manifold temps go past the 150ish mark, thats fahrenheit. Also keep in mind fuel plays a big part. Crappy 91 octane and high temps will kill a motor fast. The guy in the video is somewhat correct about whats creating the heat but its mostly the supercharger making that heat. As you compress the air it gets hotter. The intercooler allows them to pass that hot air through a cooler which drops the temperature. So on the zh2 monitor your boost temp. You'll notice it goes up after youre in boost and slowly comes back down after. If you are in a hot climate the effect is amplified because you start with already hotter air coming into the supercharger. On 91 the most safe power seems to be around 200-215. On 93 a little better maybe 220-230. The bikes totally capable of making that power with the stock boost its just a matter of how safe that is.
Massive mistake putting stage 3 gears in it with the stock cams.. you made no more power than stage 2 gears would have made while spinning the supercharger faster and generating more intake temperature
I would love to see proof of this as well. I know this motor has some differences compared ot the h2 but we have done testing with the H2 platform and have found that the higher the stage, the better the midrange power band and up top. More boost (to a certain extent) pretty much always yields better mid to high rpm range gains. Most bikes that are forced inducted run stock cams and still make serious power in them just fine. 👍 And besides, at the end of the day this bike is stock wheel base and stock height, I would say it's safe to assume he will not be living at a high rpm too much.
@@provenpowercycles my h2 made 278 on stage 2 gears than made the same with stage 3 but an earlier power curve but the same peek.. was also generated more temperature.. was 10 to 20 hotter on average.. then put cams made 308 and the intake temp dropped back Down to what is was with stage 2 gears and stock cams
@@thewiringgodI have the dyno sheets but it doesn’t matter just go ask Travis Yager he’ll tell you all about it.. the stock cams don’t flow enough to do anything with the extra boost so it’s just makes more heat and taxes the intercooler for no reason.. would imagine the zh is gunna be even worse than the ninja because the ninja has allot more head flow.. putting these gears in this zh without top end work was a mistake

Haha man I'm trying to get rid of bad habits, it's tough 😅
I need to see this thing in action
Yeah please let us know which mail in flash that was. Moore mafia, slr, Bren tunning etc.
Yea i want to widen gears when i do tune. Get 3rd past 130mph
So let us know.... Who did that tune
The owner shits his self when his front hits the sky at high speed...
Hey can you take this bike for a ride and show us how it is on the street ????
Any carburettor bikes?
WHAT COMPANY WAS THE MAIL IN FLASH?
Also what's a safe rwhp on my h2 2015 with a k&n airfilter & full vandemon exhaust std gearing pump gas UK 99octain.

I've installed the intercooler kit.
It's a bit tricky.
Where u able to find anyone?
Do you guys do much w fuel injected harleys----2007 harley sportster 1200.
Yeah we can tune them as well! In fact, Woolich just came out with the Harley kit !

If the engine speed exceeds 13,000 RPM, are you not afraid of the valve blowing?
Was the innercooler the one from extreme creations
No, this one was done by yagerwerx 🤙

Yessir. 93 pump gas 💪

I am thinking the owner blew this bike up later on. That motor is different from the first h2 and engine work is required. So the saying goes
