食材:
南瓜 450g、熟米飯 500g、金針菇 150g、
食油 1½湯匙、清水 ⅓杯、鹽 ½茶匙、
胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、營養酵母粉 1湯匙、
生抽 1湯匙、芝麻油 1茶匙
Ingredients :
Butternut Squash 450g, Rice 500g, Enoki Mushroom 150g,
Cooking Oil 1½tbsp, Water ⅓cup, Salt ½tsp ,
White Pepper ¼tsp, Nutritional Yeast Powder 1tbsp,
Soy Sauce 1tbsp, Sesame Oil 1tsp
"南瓜"含有蛋白質、碳水化合物、維生素A、維生素C、鈣、鐵、磷、硒等營養成分,具有降血脂、保肝護腎、降血糖等功效,米飯含有蛋白質、維生素、谷維素、花青素等營養成分,具有補中益氣、健脾養胃、益精強誌等功效,兩者炒成飯一起食用,具有益氣補血的功效。
"Butternut Squash" contains protein, carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, phosphorus, selenium and other nutrients. 素的,我就把香菇炒香和南瓜炒香,➕素香菇醬和飯,去超。上碟時放炸好的包菜絲和金針菇做點綴,超級美味
