how sad it it that we live in a world where gangnam style gets away with 30 millions views, and the lovely angelic ladies only gets us very few lucky people to be able to live happily after hearing their angelic melodies. They should be heard, would i be rich, my first move would be to let these very talented women be known to the world. thank you for your passion, talent and influence on our lives, continue to be amazing and mostly, true to yourselves. They have done it. I found them on Reddit a couple of years ago. Some neighbour of theirs had shared a video (In The Middle as I recall) and it just connected immediately with me. In the approx. 2 years, they have put out 3 digital acoustic ep's, 1 ep and 2 albums. If that's not making it, I don't know what is. These girls have never aimed for the mainstream and never will. They make music they like, and luckily, that's the best music out there right now. Let's just be happy for our "little secret" :)

Glueman71 Yes, I have heard their Sea of Love cover. Love it. Seen them do it live. I have always wondered why Lily doesn't play uke when they do it live. They will typically place it in an encore, at least they have for the past tour. Lily plays a piano riff live. At least from what I have seen. Uke would be better.
I am mightily impressed with the Sisters' performance skills. Lily would be rocking out with her nose ring and her uke on-stage. She's great.
I love to do sing-along harmony with their Sea of Love cover. Frikking awesome.
I enjoy a lot of their music, but this video is the first of theirs that I find visually striking and interesting. I really dig it.
Beautiful, Madeleine and Lily!! Your harmony in this song is so intricate and perfectly blended. Very soothing to listen to. The mystic woodsy setting is perfect with the song! This is brilliant!
These sisters are utterly and completely original. I can't ever recall hearing these kinds of harmonies. Simply brilliant - haunting, dreamy, scary yet very lush and gorgeously pretty. Dangerously good.

This song has a number of scary fairy-tale allusions - Little Red Riding Hood? Rumpelstiltskin? ("I'm gonna follow him, I know his name...I know his name.") Alice in Wonderland, a dark forest with golden fingertips. The sitar-sounding instrument is actually a banjo, de-tuned or something.
The Jurkiewicz sisters do dark and dreamy (creepy?) very, very well. They are growing up and their song craft is only getting stronger. Watch out! These sisters are becoming one of the finer sets of songwriters of their generation and I'm happy to be along for the ride.

Sorry to the spammer who visited First Aid Kit videos and promoted these two ladies. FAK have stronger voices, more emotion and not the least - awesome songs. These two girls have talent but their time is not now.
FAK play swedified country, with much less refined voices than these girls. Sorry man, FAK are just grating to my ears. And these girls try to experiment with their sound, progressing for each output. The same cannot be said for FAK.
Glueman71 First Aid Kit play better Americana than most any current American artist right now. One of the few that can go toe to toe with them right now is Hurray For the Riff Raff. Actually, HFtRR dominates them for now, but FAK will soon rise above their contemporaries.
