2:01 that boys face when he sees you lifting 350 lol. You are a fucking beast. I’ve been watching a lot of videos of girls powerlifting instead of guys because it amazes me the strength that girls can also achieve. Definitely inspiring me as a new lifter.
Or this mans face 😮😲😯 I will never forget the day that I walked up to the leg abduction machine after waiting for this baby faced “large” girl after she did about 35 reps with the maximum weight of 295 lbs as I tried and managed about eight and then moved the weight down to around 225 lbs and did a few more sets of 7 reps ….

I am tiny 5'0 short woman and I finally lifted 185lbs yesterday. I felt so proud of myself. I was on my 3rd set and on that last one I hurt my back. :( . This girl is Awesome, props to her!

Awesome work, and kudos on the improved technique! Proof positive that NO progress happens in a vacuum. Hard work CONSISTENTLY and proper technique is what gives results. Trained myself for about 10 years and been a trainer for 5. People have to realize there are no shortcuts or quick fixes! Oh funny how squat always carries over to DL: Zero problems locking out when your squat progressed. BTW: DL also my "specialty" (225kg @ 73 kg BW), 45 old male.

Inspirational. As a 67 yo man who can deadlift maybe 120 kg and squat 60 kg I'm envious! But I'm also interested that you could go to a gym at 14. Here in the UK all gyms I've used have a 16 min age. Not sure if that's a legal requirement, or maybe insurance requirement?

This young lifter is so very persistent and determined! I only have one question. When she is dead lifting why does her back round out at the top of the lift making this a two movement lift? This should be one straight movement not stop almost at the top. I'm only a gym rat and not a professional. So I maybe wrong.

a 450 dl is pretty elite, a 225 bench with decent rom is actually insane for a female but a 300squat is very mediocre in comparisson (it's still higher intermediate - lower advanced tho)

I am 43kg and 5 foot. I deadlift 110kg=250% of my bodyweight. The taller and heavier you are, the heavier you can lift. So need to factor in her measurements.
I feel like most powerlifters are taking testosterone because their facial features start looking manly. Powerlifting should also have an anti-doping rule.

It's very cool, but... Deadlift technical is really bad. Her legs are too weak. Deadlift weight is 150% of squat, on the video we can see she lift weight without legs strength, only her back. Powerlifting gem is squat, legs must be powerful, squat's weigth is close to deadlift's and even more. I wonder how she could training like that with such bad technical skill in deadlift without any injury
