Here are my takeaways from this meaningful video.
1/ Brain optimization: Engaging in challenging tasks can enhance brain function, particularly the areas related to willpower and resilience.
2/ Habit formation: Consistent routines contribute to overall well-being and improved cognitive function.
3/ Breath control: Deliberate breathing techniques can regulate emotions and improve focus.
4/ Deep relaxation: Practices like Yoga Nidra can restore energy and reduce stress.
5/ Optimized work cycles: Breaking work into focused intervals can boost productivity.
Thank you very much for the learning lessions!

Focus, productivity and creativity are three mental states that govern our ability to work and learn. Focus involves the ability to concentrate our attention on a particular task at hand, while productivity refers to the efficiency with which we complete this task. Creativity, on the other hand, is the state of mind that accumulates innovative ideas and generates solutions to problems.

    • @BigC73shoshot

And to fully be embraced in a creative state, I find the other 2 states dormant. I think the solution is something like right intention with right effort clarified and integrated into the states of flow that I experience often. Not exactly certain on the logistics of such a thing, however.

"collective Consciousness, it sounds lofty sounds woo but it's basically lots of Minds working together. even Minds that oppose one another in ideology as a means to find out Novel solutions to hard problems"
This reminds me of the cooperation between Trump and RFK, differing opinions working together for a solution greater then those differing opinions.

Collective consciousness is like when the two monkeys on an isolated island We're taught how to open a type of food or something and all the other monkeys on the island learn how to do it too. And then they noticed a while later. Monkeys that were completely isolated on another island had no access to any other beings that could teach them. Anything all started doing the same thing That the monkeys on the other island did. And it was an amazing discovery to learn. That's how collective consciousness works. It works with animals and humans.its a very real thing.
