What a shameful way to live your life, killing someone who believes that you are caring for them.
What a nightmare. She can possibly get out at age 80, and maybe in need of a caregiver...I smell retribution
I watched a 92 year old woman be robbed by her caretaker (82 year old woman). She spent her entire life savings and took ownership of a conversion van that was worth 40k. No one noticed until she had to be transferred to a state run nursing facility. The woman’s children abandoned her.
It is despicable.
And before taking her life, stealing thousands of dollars from her. She's diabolical.
To get killed is rare. I've had the sharks circling me but I are still healthy and alert enough to stay safe.
I don’t think she saw it ending this way. I’m absolutely disgusted by her. I’m a caretaker and I hate that people take advantage of these vulnerable people.
There are psychopaths in every single profession in the world. Most people are good and kind but there are many deviants amongst us and sometimes are hard to spot.
I worked for a good friend of mine with Muscular Dystrophy, I hired a girl and later I noticed everytime I would come on for my shift after her my friend would be out of it falling asleep and she wouldn’t be like that on days the girl didn’t work. She Mm the girl was drugging my friend with Seroquel to make her shift easier on her. She stole the seroquel(A strong Psyche medicine) from another woman who lived with my friend we noticed them missing and had my friend with MD tested at her Drs office then we kinda knew what was going on and what happened the girl caught on that we knew and never came back. We had ti get the police involved and the police pressed charges, we also had to get HESCO(Adult protective services) involved and we had to notify the PCA Union so they wouldn’t hire her again, it was a mess. That idoit girl could have easily killed my medically fragile friend by giving her an unprescribed medication, it could have easily interacted with her other medications she was on. I took it as an attempted murger but everyone acted like I was being hyperbolic. My friend has since died of complications from her MD she was 78 and the oldest living person with her type of limb hip gurtle MD so she was pretty remarkable and a she was a modern medical marvel.
Taking care of the very vulnerable brings out what’s really inside you
I could never be a carer so I have nothing but respect for those of us who choose this kind of career (in whatever form).
I used to be a zookeeper and caring for animals was stressful enough😅
I have great respect for good carers. They do an important job. It's horrible that this woman used her position of trust to do evil.
This is the nightmare of anyone who has ever saved a nest egg and aged alone and is worried about someone like this girl sneaking into their lives.
Can’t help but to think, where was the family in all this?? Sounds like they didn’t get concerned until they realized they where out an inheritance 😔
@@be.A.bYou make a good point 😢
@@be.A.b No, it wasn't like that at all. This woman lied to and manipulated Lynne's family.

Hey trader Joe :)
after plowing thru the 290k, she went after the estate valued at 150k. Greed knows no bounds.
290k could easily last my family 4 or 5 years if nobody was working. And this would involve spending in a bit of a carefree way. It's wild how quick she blasted through that money.
i listened to jessies 2 hour ramble for 1 min at the beginning and 1 min at the end thereby saving 118 minutes of my life
My mother was murdered by her caregiver in 2008, after she emptied her bank accounts . She used my mom's own medication.
She was also found in her recliner.
So sorry, god bless you. 🙏 X
I watch a lot of nde videos on here as life hasn't been great but I believe in God, I know there's a plan and we actually agree to live our existence before we live it. If you search nde life planning or something like that there's plenty of videos. They made me so much happier. Much love. X
I am so sorry and outraged that this tragedy occurred in your family.
So so sorry.
I've suspected my father's caregiver contributed to his death, only she had nothing to gain if he died. He wasn't supposed to drink, and the caregiver supplied him with alcohol.
A two-hour statement? There should be another charge for having to sit through that crap!
The “statement” was letters that this freak wrote herself and tried to pass off as Lynns! Absolutely vile!
There needs to be a law enacted that sets a time limit on all defendants statements
@@kathleenp9643I thought I was watching a sitcom when the mother rhymed off her letter, but when it came to Jesses’s turn, my mouth dropped real wide in disbelief 😲,… Thinking, this monster 💯 believes what she’s actually dishing out !!!

That poor judge. She sure gets some of the worst people ever.

You're now also known for Dr. Grande's inaccurate take on the events of that day! I've always believed in the right to self-defense.. but to call what happened that day, self-defense is absolute madness!
It's like Florida with snow!
Dr. Grande, a 28 year-old woman in the Netherlands decided to end her life by euthanasia. She is healthy physically but suffers from BPD,depression and has autism. She decided to end it after her psychiatrist told her that it would never get any better for her. She is scheduled to be euthanized in May. I wonder if you could have a look. Thanks.
Good suggestion. And excellent synopsis.
That’s terrible. No one can say for sure it will never get better. A good mental health professional works to help improve people’s lives, not tell them there is no hope.
This is painfully relatable. Not sure why a doctor would say it won't get better unless that had some monetary incentive or personality disorder, that is messed up and sad and wrong to say that as it us s feeling not a fact and she is in a vulnerable state. Does the doctor have to say this for the person to be allowed to ? ... 😔
I have all those diagnoses. That's a scary thought. We already constantly think of suicide
@@lorelaigilrourMe too. Scary.
I had no idea eyedrops could be fatal if ingested... poor woman, she was frail and sick, she trusted her life to this caretaker... heartbreaking
Yeah eyedrop medicines are vasoconstrictor drugs,, to shrink the blood vessels in the eyes for conjunctivitis but in any case these drugs when ingested orally cause EXTREME high spikes in blood pressure,, resulting in either a heart attack or a stroke... There have been cases of people ingesting a chemical called hydroxyamphetamine which is used for the same purpose, and without exception they died from brain hemorrhage...
Me either. It's a little scary.
Jesus Christ I'm tired of my posts being deleted, yeah tetrahydrozoline is a sympathomimetic vasoconstrictor, shrinking the blood vessels in the eyes so if a person ingest it orally, it causes extremely high spikes in blood pressure... These drugs although they cause extremely high blood pressure don't get a person high, there's a chemical called para - hydroxyamphetamine that is used for the same purpose and some people have either taken it orally because of the name or tried injecting it and without exception they ended up dying of either a stroke or a heart attack....
She is the one who made her sick….after making her so sick she wouldn’t know she stole all her money she had to kill her with a giant dose so she could sell the condo and get the rest of the money! Lynn had some health issues but nothing like she did once Jesse got out of jail and began to see her often. I learned all of this from watching the trial! Jesse is an evil person! She got about 490k from her and lied about it even once she was convicted. If u go back and watch the trial you will be shocked! I watched it all and have never seen anything so crazy in my life. I watch trials all the time but this was the most evil person I have ever seen!
Dr. Grande, I can’t believe they let her read all those fake letters at the impact statement part of the trial! How can that happen?
I knew a woman who stole from an elderly woman she cared for. Upon the elderly woman's death, her family uncovered the caregiver had written checks to herself totalling hundreds of thousands. Needless to say, the so-called caregiver now resides in Rikers Island
I watched most of this trial. What got to me the most is Jesse knew what it was like to be poisoned by eye-drops. She got violently ill and kept texting her boyfriend tell him how horrible it was and then after the fact poisoned Lynn with eye-drops for greed... Jesse truly is a very sadistic and evil person to put someone through that. I'm so glad you did an analysis on it, I was hoping you would! Thanks Dr. Grande!
You are spot on with this murderer. I watched her trial. She is selfish and evil. The judge in this case was awesome, seen through all of her lies and deception. Her past criminal cases show how dishonest she really is.
Dr Grande- would love to hear your perspective on the two parents that went to jail for her son who killed two kids at Oxford High School, Michigan. Thank you for all the great work!

That’s why you have to have kids that love you, when I see how my brother takes care of my mom who has dementia….. a loving family is a true blessing.
Lots of people have rotten family members too though. Family members that take advantage of them.
Not everyone is fortunate to have children or siblings
Yes! I have a brother like that. One who has integrity! What a true blessing!!
Having children doesn’t guarantee that. This woman had family that loved her and was influenced by her killer to alienate and turn against them.
.... 100%.....
I admire how this judge was able to stay so calm and professional while listening to that psycho Darrel and this case as well. She is one of the finest....
What a horrid person, taking advantage of such a vulnerable person.
The problem is it attracts the best people too, but you never know who's who until it's too late
wonder what the value of the estate was? ill look online, maybe something will come up.
$150k.
What an understatement! This is a demon who drew the life force out of an innocent victim who trusted them/it, feasting on it.

What a cruel woman!
For the love of money!
The elephant in the room is the family who didn't look out for her best interest. Just saying, ill let myself out.
Some families are more like litters. Unfortunately.
She had no children and her parents were deceased, that’s what made her so appealing as a victim.
I thought eye drop companies changed the ingredients so it wouldn't make a person sick or die if ingested orally.
Manipulative, amoral and stupid is no way to go through life.
She was worthless and weak!
Hats off to the medical examiner that figured out eye drop poisoning! 😵 I got a figure testing for tetrahydrozoline is not simply a routine test. 😳
Exactly. Wondering what got the med.examiner going, was it gut feeling? A hunch from a previous homicide? ...
And she was a "family friend"?
Jessie is the perfect example of a leech. Rip Lynn.
who drinks visine? the stuff is not addictive. how did the medical examiner know to look for eye drops?
Not sure but I believe fluids taken at autopsy would be chemically analyzed and could identify any of a number of suspicious compounds.
Seek out the judges sentencing speech. She gets into that and it's fascinating.
I have heard of other eye drop poisoning cases, not all that resulted in death. So it might be one of the things that screen for if it exists in the house maybe?
The first thing I heard about this trial was the convicted killer’s 2 hour statement. Omg. She had me there for a minute, lol. Then I listened to the judge, and it’s obvious that the correct conviction was made. Thanks Dr Grande
I don’t know how people think they can get away with crimes like this nowadays.
They truly believe they’re smarter than everyone else.
Sadly, I think many do. Just because you're watching this story doesn't mean hundreds who were found dead and no one cared?

When I was a bartender, some others would put Visine in the drinks of patrons that they perceived to be rude. I never knew it actually could kill someone. Wow.

Love the title. Thank you for these presentations.
You’d be SO surprised if you knew how many caregivers enter into the business just to get what they can from the elderly and handicapped (while the needy are alive and after they are dead)(whether they are family or hired strangers)(they will clean out anything valuable while the needy is alive, as they hope they ingratiated themselves enough to get themselves in the will)(That is, if you can find one that will work, at all, until the needy person or persons pass away.) So, my unsolicited advice is: do not grow old so much that you’re helpless, and don’t find yourself handicapped.
The caregiver profession attracts the worst people. Bad people are attracted to jobs that get close to people
So true. The worst with no moral compass.
What you say here is pure nonesense. The same can be said about every single profession.
And also the best people. I know people whose caregiver retired, but she still brings them food and gifts regularly, checking on them and making sure they are doing well.
There are psychopaths in every profession in the world.

Hello Dr.Grande.🌵
Hey there, Dr. Grande. Aleays interesting and always insightful. 👌
I watched this trial. That monologue at the end was mind numbing!! Every time that I looked there seemed to be more pages awaiting 😅 At the same time, it really gave insight into how she operated. Judge Jennifer Dorow cut through all that BS like a knife. It was really satisfying to watch. When Jesse is finally ready to go before the parole board I hope that they rewatch that painful 2 hours and keep in mind that she is extremely manipulative, is comfortable lying to your face, and really belongs in behind bars for the term of her natural life.
Her 2-hour statement was so frustrating to watch. But you just knew she was hanging her self with her own rope. Judge Barrow wasn’t fooled by her.

bit like Lorri Daybell or whatever her name in giving her version of events at the end of her trial
Well actually there _was_ a dry eye in the house because all the drops got used as poison and not for their intended purpose. Severely desiccated petechia followed.
I do not believe she should be eligible for parole. She should have been given life in prison without parole, if not the death penalty for taking advantage of and then robbing and murdering a disabled person she was trusted to take care of.
I remember another channel covering this a while back. It just broke my heart for that poor woman.
It really made me think, too, just how lucky those of us are who have families, friends, or a spouse to look out for us when we're older, simply ill or both..just anyone you can trust when you need it, not to take advantage of you if you're vulnerable. 😔
Unfortunately, you can’t know if/when a friend or family member doesn’t actually have your best interests eitehr. Or develop an addiction, or have bad people around them etc. Health problems and/or ageing can be like childhood - very vulnerable and it’s hard to tell sometimes until after people are taken advantage of… 😢
I was thinking the exact same thing. Sick and or Disabled people are targeted by sociopaths. So upsetting and awful.
This is what one gets when one designates a convicted fellon to be a caregiver. In reality, lack of good judgement really killed Lynn. BTW: where was Lynn's family in all of this?!?!
Exactly. Especially since they “expected to receive an inheritance “ wtf were they??
I think dr grande was wrong. She had no kids and her parents were deceased. She left her estate to Anthony in her will, but he wasn’t related to her. Jessy isolated Lynn.
How was Lynn's family ok with Jessy being POA?!
She was under the same judge who ruled over Daryl Brooks? There must be a subculture out there trying to see who can get this judge to retire early.

My uncle's caregiver left in the middle of her shift leaving my uncle in a sling. The position he was left for 18 hours caused his lungs to fill up with fluid. They had to pull the plug a few days later from a non-bacterial form of pneumonia. His organs started to fail and couldn't be reversed.

I watched the entire trial and my only input about your analysis, Dr. Grande, is that you were not critical enough of this monster of a person.
