The root system that you showed is probably only about 20 to 30% of the Root System. You probably have 70% more to remove. We have the same problem, and so far we have been digging manually. What Chemicals have you used to treat and how? I wish you've included that process in the video.
Hi Naima the only chemicals i used on it was roundup. We tried drilling any exposed roots and put round up in. I have more to remove i want to try epsom salts again. I used it in the past on another stump it was slow but it did help rot them. I used the Round Up such a long time ago thats why i wasn’t able to include it in video. I also purchased par 3 haven’t tried it yet that will be next.
The tree was probably 20 years old it was a poplar. That kind of tree goes into shock when cut down so it sends out shoots all over the place to survive. I would never plant them again they are so hard to get rid of. They grow fast but their roots are a nightmare. All of a sudden within days you have suckers popping up everywhere. The tree would of been probably 30 or 40 ft high. We are still fighting roots in the lawn but finally making progress in getting rid over them they pop out of ground real hazard.
Do you have an update on this? I am dealing with this problem too💔
Yes I can do one cause I am still battling them cause we took more trees down. They are terrible. I have a few different tactics to deal with them.

Get rubber gloves then put cotton gloves on top. Get a mix of roundup/24d and a dash of dish soap. Rub the leaves and move on and relax
how tall was the tree? how old was it before cutting it down? so the roots continue to grow after the tree is cut down and stump removed?

I wish you showed how you treated them chemically. Nice video though as you showed the process.
Sorry for that
We're dealing with too!
I feel for you we are battling them again since we took more trees down. Trying not to dig up lawn this time and treat them heres hoping.
