I talk about how to improve fitness all the time, but how do we test it?
The most widely used test is the "Bronco". A 1.2km shuttle test that usually lasts between 4 and 8 minutes (depending on fitness)
How fit should you be/how should you score on this test?
It will vary depending on the individual, but check out these targets based on your level/age and your position!
Where do you score, if you're scoring under - consider focussing on conditioning.

What would you say is more important as a back, Speed or fitness?
At the end of the day speed, but both should be upkeeped.
You're only as good as your fitness. No point being the fastest guy on the team if you can only last 5 mins on the field...

How did you measure your distances??
late reply to the comment but you run for 20 meters and back to the starting point immediately run 40 and back to starting point then run 60 and back to starting point. That's round 1, you need 5 rounds to complete the fitness test

I am afraid he cannot. At least not the traditional bronco that is 1.2km long!
