Carissa Teixeira Just do it with a ten pound dumbbell or even a 5lb. Maybe go to 20 reps if you are using 5lb. The workout doesn’t have to be exactly mirrored like he did it. You can change the weight to something that suits you. I will be using 20lb 15lb and 10lb.

Also, I don't have enough dumbbell bars for a drop-set. Would have to buy two more sets and maybe a few lighter weights to make it happen.

I just started working out “ dumbbells and push ups” since February 2019 I notice change in my arms, chest and upper back. Today I was at GNC and a guy with like Popeyes arms recommended me Myopower Dextrose. However he did said I needed to work out if not I’ll just get fat. Is the workout am doing right now enough to start taking something to build muscle or can I continue doing what am doing and build muscle a natural way like I’m hoping? Don’t really want to take anything but at the same time I do want bigger arms. @vshred

Done it many times and my arms atr killed every time. About the skull crushers and cross body. Did you mean cross body curls? Just want to be sure as that's what I've been doing.
The only problem is I have dumbbells but they're not fixed dumbbells. I'd have to unload and load plates which would be time consuming. At the moment I've just been using one dumbbell, doing higher reps.
