    my life has been so bad ever since i noticed my fingers and hands. I can't stop thinking about it, where my hands are at every moment or what im doing with them. I notice this 24/7 even alone. I believe it all started due to body insecurities and always trying to have good posture while at dinners, but its now been 2 years i constantly think about it. I have caused myself to have hyperawareness OCD. Its hard to escape my mind since my brain just always wants to focus on that. Im feeling so hopeless and I have changed so much due to this hyperawareness. I avoid social functions or gatherings because I can't enjoy the present moment, just in my head about my hands and finger movements. When I do have to go to social gatherings, I usually never know where to put my hands and just clasp them together behind my back, enjoying the night with awkward body language. I guess a part of me fears that others will notice my problems and think im crazy, also fearing that I will be like this forever. Its gotten really bad to the point where it's starting to cause impairment. I am going to try and watch all of your videos on this and hope that I can learn to overcome this.

    God this so relates to me you dont even know.... from the tinitis to not sleeping for months to air hunger to chest tightness im still dealing with. I have realized pornography was a huge coping mechanism to calm myself and get me to stop noticing my chest tightness and anxiety. Im now 3 weeks off porn. Never masterbated just watched it purely to stop anxiety

    I had this back at the end of 2019 then I forgot about it for years. In September it came back I would notice everytime someone was talking. Then this week it began with eye movement when I don’t notice someone talking. It’s really giving me bad anxiety. I just want help🙁
